I ordered tires to be shipped to store and installed by Wallmart on the app and in the app my Tesla vehicle was listed. I get to the store and the associate lady proceeds to tell me that they don’t work on Tesla’s, ok well kind of confused why the app would let you ship to a location that doesn’t work on your vehicle. More importantly and the real reason for my review is that I asked the associate lady if any other Walmart locations in the area worked on Tesla’s, she came back less than 3 minutes later and said no other locations in the area work on Tesla’s and that she called three locations. We’ll first off I knew that wasn’t true as she wasn’t on the phone long enough to call three locations especially with the lack of customer support when calling these locations to have an associate to actually pickup the phone. Anyways I picked up my tires and called the Folsom CA Walmart and they were very customer service oriented and do work on and install tires on Tesla’s. Why lie about it first off I would respect the associate if they just said I do not know if any other locations in the area work on Tesla’s.

Unfortunately, my experience with this service was disappointing. I scheduled an oil change for 4 PM and, after handing over the keys, expected the work to be completed on time. However, my car was ready only after 3 hours, which caused a lot of inconveniences. Based on this, I cannot recommend this place. I hope the service can improve its organization in the future.

Made an appointment over the phone for new tires. Went to my appointment and found out they did not have my size tire and would have to order it. Walked away feeling very frustrated that I had wasted time booking an appointment and driving out there. The person who helped me was super kind. Just seems like communication and organization on their part was very off.

This crew allowed me to drive away on a bad tire that should have been replaced. I came in to have tires checked due to tire pressure light coming on. They claimed to have checked tires and sent me on my way. Next day tire pressure light came back on. Took it to West Sac Walmart, they found object in tire and replaced tire.

I would say that the tires I order on like and had delivered to this location. It worked out well. After I ordered them on line in one week they got them, I called them to come in. I did they were installed. I was pleased. They were pleasant. I would do it again.

I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance because I am a busy person, when I get in there the crew told me has 4 car in front of me even with my appointment. They told me it can take 3hs to replace my tires . No thanks I canceled got my tires and went to another place I have it done in 30min . What a joke! Never will be back again.

went in for an oil change, drove 100 miles to bay area, and car stalls out. Air hose disconnected and not reconnected., towed to repair shop. Repair required work to mass air flow sensor. Ended up being an expensive oil change. Be careful, you get what you pay for.

Bad service! Заказал шины, назначил апоинтмент, приехал к назначенному времени. Подошел работник, я ему сказал что у меня назначено время для замены, ушел, что долго уточнял, вернулся, говорит шин моих нет, опять ушел что то уточнять, в итоге нашли, но нужно ждать очереди для замены около 3 часов!

Went in to get oil change with out an appointment. There were 2 vehicles ahead of me got there at10:45 am was out by noon . Prior to this went to Antelope Walmart they gave me an appointment for Saturday @11:00am. Thank you Lead Hill Walmart and all your technicians were 👌

After an hour and a half wait for them to change ONE tire and battery I was back on the road only to read my receipt the next day and notice my receipt says my bill was $161.31 but she charged me $199.?? And some change, guess I get to go back again. Fun fun. Not!
