Best to make an appointment on line. This location is always extremely busy. My appointment was easy to make online and several open options to pick from. Everyone was professional, pleasant, and happy to service your vehicle. Work was completed on time, and results were reviewed with me before I left.

I can’t say enough good things about the Les Schwab Tire Center on Fairway in Roseville. My husband and I are big fans of the company and how they do business. The Fairway Drive location is stellar. I’m always greeted right away when I walk in with an appointment or just a need. The service is great, their knowledge and assistance is invaluable. We appreciate that they have records and warranty on all the work and purchases we have done there on our cars. Just today while I was in for a tire rotation, I also needed some past records showing mileage to present to my insurance company for a discount. No problem, the young man behind the counter found what I needed, printed everything out for me, and I was on my way, records in hand. That’s service!!

Walked in right at opening. I was told there were other appts, even though there were 2 empty car stalls. After an hour I just had the air station service guy check my air and two tires were low. I was a new tire customer after 3 months. I thought since appts were late they could have checked my tires.

Arrived there with the nail in the tire. They take care of my car fast and professionally and it was free of charge. Definitely I will recommend them!

I went in for suspension issues and the tech told me I needed to replace my steering rack and or steering box. Completely wrong! Only needed an alignment and was done by a Completely different shop in Roseville. The tech was young and didn't feel he had the experience to operate on my vehicle anyway. My advice is to hire seasoned auto mechanics who can properly diagnose and not guess. Theres a huge price difference between a steering rack and an alignment.

I came in to have two front tires (under warranty) replaced and decided to get an oil change at the same time. I was told they’d check to see if the tire could be repaired and, if not, I’d need new ones. The employee looked it up and then informed me that the tires under my warranty weren’t in stock, so I’d have to choose from their inventory. I agreed and left my car with them. When I returned an hour later, my car hadn’t been touched yet, which I understood as a reasonable delay. But after another hour, they finally pulled it into a bay. My car then sat on the lift for about an hour after the oil change, with no updates given to me, while I watched other vehicles come and go. After three hours total, an employee finally told me the tire couldn’t be repaired and I’d need to purchase new ones. No options were presented, no discussion about which tires I wanted, and I was left waiting again. In total, it took about 4.5 hours for just two tires and an oil change, with almost no communication throughout the process. I was later told the delay was because someone had to go pick up the tires from another location—something I was never informed about. If that was the case, I would have preferred they sourced the original warrantied tires instead of deciding for me. The warranty explanation was also confusing, as it seemed inconsistent with what I was told about my rear tires. To add on, my steering wheel was left absolutely filthy from whoever worked on my car. I normally come to Les Schwab because of the professionalism and clear communication, but this visit was very disappointing. The lack of updates, unexplained delays, and poor communication made what should have been a straightforward service into a frustrating experience. I’m not angry, but I do expect better from Les Schwab.

We have taken two different cars to this place and if you drop it off, they never fix it. They say an hour you go back three hours later and nothing has been done. This is the absolute worst Schwab that I have ever had to deal with. Never again!!!! If I could give them zero stars, I would!

I had all four of my tires replaced a couple of weeks ago and had a great experience, from getting a quote over the phone to the in-and-out service. The staff was friendly and professional, and the price was very competitive.

I blew out my tire the night before and had to drive a short distance, barely made it into the parking lot . I was greeted before i even got out of the car , with a warm welcome , even though i pretty much drove in on my rim. The salesperson did not try to up-sale me like the place down the street did which was refreshing . Got quoted very quickly, and was given multiple options. They did not have the tires I wanted there but sales person said they could get them in within the hour . Whole experience was great and quick. Hopefully wont have to be back here in the future, but if i do im confident ill be well taken care of . I was only going to get the one tire replaced but the seamless experience inclined me to get both done . Good job Les Schwab!

I called Armando at the Roseville Les Schwab at 11:00 AM today to request a quote for brake pads and rotors on my truck. He told me he would call me back shortly. I didn’t hear back, so I called again two hours later. He confirmed he had my information but still hadn’t worked up the quote and said he would call me back soon. Unfortunately, I never received a call. A good friend recommended Les Schwab to me, but after calling twice and still not getting a simple quote, I’d rather spend the extra money elsewhere with a shop that follows through and values my business. The Roseville location needs to improve customer service and ensure employees follow up with customers when they say they will.

The main reason I keep going to this service center for multiple services over the years is their honesty and keeping costs reasonable. In my experience, they do not try to oversell extra unnecessary services just to make a quick buck. I trust their estimates and as I have discovered on more than one occasion, the actuals come out to be a bit cheaper after the work is done than the original estimate. I will choose this shop anytime over many of the others in the area. It is hard to find honest auto shops and Les Schwab is definitely one of the few.

Don’t go here. I replaced all my tires with super expensive snow tires only to have the guy mess up my tire sensors. Had to come back to get my sensors replaced the next day only to have them charge me for them. My sensors were fine prior to them replacing my tire. Manager was not helpful. I will never come back here for any services or tires.

Phenomenal service! I had a slow leak and could not find it myself, called my regular places and they wanted $20+ to diagnose. Les Schwab did it all for free. Racked, wheel off and found a hairline crack in wheel. Came back with spare wheel, swapped within the hour and even after all that, their systems went down and told me I could go! They have now gotten my entire wheel and everything maintenance I can use them for instead of the local closer shops! Thank you for all you help. The staff is excellent! 5 stars isn't enough

I came to Les Schwab because I got a flat tire. They were very nice and looked into the problem quickly. I’ve been promised it will be no charge if it’s an easy fix and they don’t need a new tire. Their location is close to shopping so I can still get things done while I wait for my tires. Their shop is clean and tidy, and they have popcorn, coffee, and snack machines while you eat.

This is the worst les schwab we have ever been to!!! I had my run down to have a tire checked for a leak. They're were pretty no customers in there and told her that it wouldn't take long. It took 2 HOURS! JUST TO CHECK FOR A LEAK. After she and my son sat there for 2 hours, they came back saying that they didnt know what's going on with it and they couldn't do anything about it cause that tread was a little low. She said that they didnt even take the tire off to check. I have had great experiences with les Schwab's in the past, but this place left a sour taste in my mouth towards them. Oh and I still have to deal with this tire leak! Update: Response to the Owner- You could have save my wife 2 hours (or any customer), if when you went out to the car to check for milage, that you look down at the tire to do a quick visual inspection. You would have known the tire was to worn down within 5secs. Then we could have made a decision based off that quick knowledge, instead of her being over it and just wanting to get out of there. Your missing opportunities.

I took my vehicle to the Fairway Drive location for a Lyft vehicle inspection. Long story short, the tech returned my vehicle stating it had 1 broken and 1 stripped wheel stud on the rear driver wheel, and that it was due to poor service by the previous mechanic (me, as I do most of my own maintenance and have for over 40 years). No offer or estimate given to repair, just go away. I drove 10 miles home (carefully and slowly on side roads) to Lincoln. The next morning I went to repair my car and found the same wheel was loose, with 2 STRIPPED LUG NUTS and 2 BROKEN STUDS, NOT 1 each. The tech actually sent me and my car down the road in this condition. I completed the repairs myself and called the shop manager Armando. He said he'd "have a talk" with the tech. I will not return to this location as I don't believe it's okay to send a vehicle down the road in this condition. Safety should ALWAYS be the first priority of any shop. I misplaced one of the stripped studs after the repair, however the stripped lug nuts, broken studs and lug nuts are clearly visible in the photo. Fortunately it was not loose enough to damage the wheel.
