I am saddened I had to post this to help others. My husband and I took now a second vehicle to Mike because of the quality of work. Mike knew very well we were moving out of California and needed to complete the repair before then. They had 3 weeks to get everything cleared with the insurance 🙄 😒. My husband spoke to Leah, she told him everything was set and to bring it in. That was the last week were in town and Mike told is when we brought the car in the part wasn't ordered because he didn't have the insurance ok. So we called our insurance and they authorized it 10 days prior. So, the part never was ordered. When my husband and I called to resolve it. Mike told us, well I have a lot of other work here so now I can't do it. Really??!!? This is how you treat return customers?? Wow 😳 Shame on you. Since you got big, you seem to forget about the people who got you there.

Update: Another perfect repair job. Thanks! Chad is a perfectionist. Which is exactly what you want when your car is having body work done. If you have your car repaired here it'll be fixed right. It's always a bad day when you need a body shop. Don't make it worse by going to a shop that puts the insurance company's interests ahead of their customers'.

Disrespectful and Unprofessional Behavior As a victim of domestic violence, I sought assistance for the damages inflicted on my vehicle. However, my experience at Nor Cal Collision was deeply disappointing. Upon arrival for a quote, the individual inspecting my car displayed blatant hostility, accusing me of exploiting my insurance for profit. Such baseless accusations not only lacked empathy but also undermined my genuine need for assistance. This treatment is unacceptable, and I urge others to seek more compassionate and professional services elsewhere.

Don't consider any other body shop! Chad's work is meticulous. I own a local plumbing business and he works on all my trucks restoring them when they've gotten banged up. This place is great, Brenda the lady at the front desk is very kind and communicative she gave me her personal number so we could stay in contact over text. Chad the owner was very helpful and informative. I brought my car in to get the bumper replaced I asked if they could replace my grill while they had the bumper off and they did. They had me find a grill I liked along with a new emblem. They did not charge me for the labor for the grill or emblem. The emblem wouldn't work on the new grill but they replaced the emblem on the back of my car for no charge. There were other problems they came across and I decided not to get it done at their shop but they provided all the information so that the shop I took it to had all the information. I am over the moon will how amazing the work they did on my car came out I highly recommend this shop.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing outstanding service from Chad and his team at Norcal Auto body, and I couldn't be more impressed. I was stressing out over the cost and time consumption of the repair my Vehicle needed. Their swift and efficient service turned a stressful situation into a sigh of relief. Chad took the time to assess the damage and explain the necessary repairs. It turns out it was not as bad as I thought. Chad, the owner, was aware that I was driving from Woodland ( hour drive with traffic that day) and made it a priority to get me in and out (they were able to fit it in and compete in less than 2 hours). What impressed me equally was their understanding of my situation. This level of empathy and customer-centric approach is rare and greatly appreciated. Their same-day miracle workers not only fixed my car promptly but also demonstrated a level of care and understanding that goes beyond the norm.

They were absolutely great! A neighbor backed into my car and caused some significant body damage. I got quotes from three places. This one was the middle quote, and I went with them because Chad and Brenda were both really helpful at explaining the damage, the process, what my options were, and how to handle insurance. Dealing with insurance became a bit of a dance, especially since the repair cost was getting close to totalling out the car. It worked out in the end, and Chad and Brenda were super helpful all along the way. My car came back looking great, but I'm even more pleased with the service and knowledge I gained during this process. I wouldn't go anywhere else now. Thanks, guys!

My car had gotten swiped by a box truck while it was parked two weeks ago. It needed over 20 new parts as well as a new alignment and a repaired wheel. It was all finished with 2 weeks and I was back on the road. I really do appreciate their speed of service and coming back to my car cleaned and detailed as well. Brenda and Chad did a great job with making sure everything was back to normal in a reasonable time and I would highly recommend them in the future.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE !! I Was told by someone who had work done here they were good. Took my car for an estimate to get 3 panels matched to stock color. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment the estimator wasnt there and some kid took pictures of my car. I told him I just needed the front bumper and two fenders painted, I also mentioned that later id be interested in having a new hood put on the car after the paint job was done. (Which he said they could do) I was told I would have an estimate WITHIN 3 DAYS. After 5 days of waiting and me calling them a lady answered the phone and told me her son told her I "requested fitment" ( which I did not, I just requested the parts painted) .She then told me that the painter refused to give me an estimate because they would need to take the parts off of my car and a bunch of other excuses. They basically refused my business for no good reason and wasted a week of my time. I called another shop and got an estimate SAME DAY without the hassle and lies ! My car will finally be painted next week by another shop. WILL NOT BRING ANOTHER VEHICLE HERE AND WOULDNT RECOMMEND.

A big rig swiped the side of my car and based off of the good rating I decided to give Nor Cal Body shop a chance. Chad who I believe was the owner was really helpful and really inspired confidence that things would turn out well. Short story shorter I received my car and it came out looking so beautiful that I had to write this review. My car came out looking like a mirror from the quality work they provided. This is THE PLACE TO GO! And I never write reviews... ✅ Needed splash guards replaced and was given the exact shipment date to schedule my car the next day. ✅ Car finished same day ✅ Given time updates (even told I could pay on the exact day the new card reader was set up and I got to pay that morning, easy) ✅ Extremely friendly and hardworking ✅ Always showed me what's on the screen and how much parts cost ✅ My phone couldn't get any messages for awhile, so I couldn't get my car same day, they still communicated & were respectful! ✅ I forgot to ask not to move my seat back because it doesn't go forward, so they moved it back and I called a week after to ask if they (or someone they knew) could reposition the seat. I drove over and they happened to have the part to fix my seat entirely! And gave a $100 discount on the part! Couldn't ask for more. Amazing place. I'd choose them over caliber collision any day. What a great shop. If it wasn't for the large sign, you would miss the shop. But don't let that be a deterrent. You deal with the owners when you contact them. They are hands on so they know what they are doing and knowledgeable about what needs to be done. Also, when it's done, they don't have to come out and toot their own horn. Last March, we decided to get the roof and hood of our 2013 Honda Odyssey re-painted. Chad and Brenda were terrific to work with. We obtained quotes from three other shops. NorCal was the only shop to quote complete stripping of the two surfaces. In other words, doing the job correctly. They were about $200 more than the others but for the quality we believed it would be worth it. We planned to keep the van for many more years. Outstanding results. they worked with us on timing and made sure it did not interrupt our travel plans. They even forwarded photos (& a video) of the progress.
