This morning I took my truck to be washed. My surprise was that it was horrible. I paid $60. They didn't put any fragrance in it, they just put a cleaner on it. I had to talk to the manager. They had to clean it twice and even then it wasn't good. Very bad service from this car wash.

I went to the 5 Star Car Wash on 5 Star Boulevard in Rocklin after finding a coupon on what I thought was their website. When I pulled into the line, I showed the coupon to the staff member outside. He looked at it twice and assured me I was in the right place, so I went ahead with the wash. After the service was complete, I went inside to pay and showed the same coupon to the cashier. She told me it wasn’t their coupon. I explained that their employee had confirmed it was, and I asked if there was another coupon or anything she could offer me since the service had already been done. She said no. I asked, “Well, what do we do from here?” and she said, “The total is $30.” So I paid it, but there was zero accommodation, and she wasn’t very friendly about it. On top of that, the vacuum job and interior cleanup of my truck were subpar at best. I understand that the original mix-up may have been mine, but once their staff confirms the coupon and the wash is complete, I think they should take some responsibility. Disappointing service overall.

I love how easy to make an appointment online. I came in for oil change, but learned that the filers were dorty. The front desk explained the process and the appropriate wait time, and it was done just as he told me. I am so happy with your service. Thank you so much!

I was a die-hard Pavillions customer for years. When they sold, the quality went so far downhill I couldn't stomach spending money there for such a cruddy wash. Today, I tried five star and so glad I did! The quality of the interior and exterior clean went above my expectations. The staff was all very welcoming and friendly. There is plenty of seating in the shade. I'll be back with all the cars! Thank you, five star!

I’ve had my cars serviced there for well over 15 yrs. But the last few years I’ve noticed a decline. I had a tech dent my trucks quarter panel. Then recently I took my truck in for service and asked if they would check the fluid levels in my gear boxes as I had to cross the summit and wanted to make sure the 4x4 gear boxes were all lined up. I was told no they don’t do that? I’ve had it done yearly here, the guy at the counter wasn’t willing to do that simple task. But the guys at Jiffy Lube were able to handle the task.

I had a great experience at Five Star Auto Center with my 2021 Toyota Tacoma. The team was friendly, professional, and upfront about everything. Joshua Fisher explained all the services clearly, answered my questions, and made sure I understood the costs before any work was done. They performed an oil change and battery service quickly and even threw in an exterior hand wash and interior vacuum. The quality of work was excellent, and the price was more than fair — I honestly felt like I wasn’t robbed, which is hard to say about most auto shops! If you want honest, dependable service with no pressure or gimmicks, I highly recommend Five Star Auto Center in Rocklin. I’ll definitely be returning.

This was my first time visiting Five Star car wash, and while the staff were kind and courteous, I was disappointed with the overall quality, especially for the price $55.99. For the cost, I expected a more thorough cleaning inside and out. However, there was still dust and leftover residue inside on the door, as well as on the rims of the car on the exterior. I appreciate the friendly service, but unfortunately, the attention to detail didn’t meet my expectations, making it hard to consider returning.

Had an issue with a fuel pump installed at another auto center. That place thought it was a fuel gage issue which they were not able to do. Brought it to Five Star and found that the fuel pump was not in correctly so the gage could work. Also the running light on the passenger side was not working. The other auto center thought it was an electrical issue. It wasn't the bulb the other place installed was not working. Ethan took good care of me from start to finish. He kept me updated throughout the process during the car repair. The team is awesome at Five Star. That is why I have been going there since 2003!!

The experience at 5 star is not what it was. Took my car in yesterday for what now seems an expensive $50 wash and interior clean. At 10am it took 90 minutes to wash and finish a basic internal clean. I could have done this in my own drive in an hour. I don’t mind paying that price if it’s a great job. But the windshield was still dirty. Sure it was busy. This place always is but only four rotating staff finishing a line of 15 vehicles is not a great business model. I for one won’t be back until they’ve sorted their system.

I have been coming here for 10 years plus since I moved from the bay area to Roseville. Five Star had taken good care of all my cars in the past up to this point. I really value the expertise and unwavering support they give to their customers to ensure satisfaction. Although the management had change quite a bit but so far, I have not seen any negative outcome so far since the change.

Thought I needed brake calipers and probably brakes and rotors after having a strong smell after driving. Shop was honest in telling me that the smell was from a plastic bag melting on my exhaust pipe. Had a few maintenance items done while it was in the shop. Great service!

Ive gone to Five Star for several years and for the most part they do a great job. I took my Black Wrangler in on Feb 5th and I had pointed out a couple things that still had dirt on it. When I got home and saw it in a different light I can see a lot more things that were missed or where the tire dressing was partially applied to some of the trim on my jeep. I go to Five start because they are pretty much the only hand car wash left. I was really disappointed after spending quite a bit of money on a car wash.

I’ve been to 5 star quite a few times and it’s always been a pleasant experience. Felt like everything that I consider a normal part of a car wash was included and not an add on. Today was a very different experience. It started with they didn’t call my name when my car was done to get it out of the line which isn’t a big deal just thought it was weird because that’s how everybody collects their car. What was a big deal was the guy that got in my car & gunned it to park around the corner. Really inappropriate for being in someone else’s vehicle. When I got it I noticed that the 2 coffee spots on my hard surface center cup holder areas were left untouched. I asked the guy at the front if that was not included? He said that would be considered spots for the “detail” option. Literally 2 spots but ok. I left annoyed & decided to look closer at the rest of my car. I paid for the $50 wash. This outside was is exactly what I get for $10 at quick quack. Super disappointed.

I’ve been taking my vehicles to Five Star Auto Center for a while now, and I can’t recommend them enough. They consistently do a great job, whether it’s for an oil change or a car wash. What I appreciate most is that I never get that pushy sales vibe you find at other places. The team gives helpful suggestions regarding my vehicle's needs without being aggressive. It’s hard to find an honest shop, but these guys deliver every time. I will definitely be back!

I've been a long-time customer at Five Star and usually have a great experience but today was fairly sub-par, especially when I'm paying for the top-tier wash, which is supposed to include floor mat cleaning but the front looks the same as it was before, not to mention the other exterior and interior stains left, which I included in other photos. Was planning to take my wife's car shortly after this but now I'm having second thoughts.

Maintenence & CVT & spark plug carbon cleaned out. Very professional and efficient. Knowledge and genuine care is exceptional. I have moved away from my dealer now, and wish I had found 5 Star Auto years ago. I have a sense of confidence in this business that I have never experienced ever before. I took my car into the Sierra today. It ran smoothly and quietly with lots of turbo power! I am one happy customer.
