I’ve been a customer for over 20 years, when this area of town was new. However, the last few experiences I’ve had have been poor. The most recent service done today was to replace the cabin blower motor in my truck. Everytime I turn on the heat or air, the AC sounds like a two hamster wheels grinding together. I dropped off the truck on the day of my appointment. As closing time approached, I proactively called to check in on my truck. I was told they had “called but no one answered”… I assumed I missed the call and had my wife drive me over to pick it up. As always, customer service was fine. Paid and got my keys and hopped in the truck and turned it on. The AC was in the exact setting it was when I turned off the truck and the AC sounded like two hamsters grinding… I mean two hamster wheels grinding together. In fact my truck hadn’t moved or even been looked at. Stuff happens, I know… not the first time so my gut says, something’s amiss. Your mileage may vary… they did give me a free car wash so that was a nice gesture and the guy running the show came out and apologized. As I sit and look at their service bay, I don’t agree with the sign above — attention to detail — no.

This is the only handwash place left in the area, but beware the chemicals they use to clean your rims will eat the factory coating and cause giant flakes to come off your rims. I was too lazy to wash my own car like I usually do, and the first time this has ever happened to any of my cars. I normally use McGuires rim cleaner which has been more than fine (never flaked) for several years washing on my own. They probably use much stronger stuff and leave it sit for too long to be able to do this. Other than that they are friendly and seem to enjoy their jobs.
