If I could give this business less than one star I would. I drove over an hour to get to an appointment and the woman that run around the front counter was so extremely aggressively rude. I would never make an appointment for this place again and I wouldn't recommend you do the same thing either. I ended up getting my stuff done at LRG Auto in Roseville they were great friendly and very quick...

Ron (owner) assisted me in correcting what I thought my car needed. After his research to verify my cars maintenance schedule All that was really required was an oil change. Very fair price. Probably not the shop I will be returning to. I brought in my 2013 Toyota Highlander for a ball joint and strut replacement. I initially took my vehicle to Les Schwab Tire Centers and was quoted $2,900. I decided to go with Rocklin Smog since they are part of the RepairPal network. I also purchased the additional warranty through CarMax for added peace of mind. They had my vehicle for 5 days, and after all that time, only a partial replacement was performed. The original issue still exists. It’s extremely frustrating to be without a car for that long, especially knowing that I may have to bring it back for additional repairs. I simply cannot afford to be without my vehicle again for more time off the road. After a week, I brought the car back and had a technician drive along with me so they could personally verify that the problem still existed. The issue was confirmed during the drive. I was then told I would need to leave my car there again for additional repairs and that they would call me to schedule an appointment. I never heard back. I trusted the shop based on their affiliation and the warranty coverage, but unfortunately the repair was not completed properly and the follow-up communication never happened. I've been using Rocklin Smog and Auto Repair for better than 25 years and have always had a very fair, honest and enjoyable experience (even when one of my vehicles have failed) with them. They've always been able to get me in quickly and have gone so far as to tell me what I needed to do with my vehicle to get it to pass without pressuring me to have repairs done there.
