Overpriced and questionable. Took our truck in for an oil change and fuel filter replacement. Was quoted over $400. Got a call that they were able to do the oil change but the fuel filter was leaking fuel and that they didn’t have time to fix it but it’s really dangerous to drive. The truck was not leaking anything before taking it in there.
Took it to the gmc dealer and they would have charged $100 less for the fuel filter but it ended up costing us $600 because “somehow” the fuel filter housing got cracked. Also the gaskets were not replaced after our oil change.
Prices are outrageous when the dealership is significantly less. Draw your own conclusions about how the fuel filter got cracked - we have our theories.

I should’ve listened to the reviews and not gone here. They quoted me extremely high, so I went to another shop and they quoted me about $600 less than AAA. They also told me that AAA tried to slide extra charges by me for things that didn’t need to be done when I showed them the write up I was given. They were friendly when my dad was there, but once he was gone the hospitality disappeared. Avoid!

I have been to AAA auto service a few times and Walter is the face of the company. He always has a smile on his face, is happy and excited to see people and that makes the whole experience 10 times better! I can tell he genuinely cares for the people who come in and that’s very hard to find nowadays! Every time I come in he demonstrates how a true customer service representative should treat people! I honestly wouldn’t keep coming back if it weren’t for him. And if you haven’t promoted him by now he definitely deserves it!

Recently, we took our 2000 Chevy Silverado 1500 in to AAA Rocklin Auto Repair Center to be serviced. Walter and his team of mechanics did an exceptional job diagnosing the problem. They replaced the parts, but due to no fault of their own, one part was faulty. Walter immediately got the truck back in the shop and fixed the issue. They were responsive to our concerns, kept us updated every step along the way, and had excellent attention to detail. All while being friendly and courteous. They weren’t satisfied until we were. This is also the first shop that has dialed in the alignment correctly. The truck drives and handles like it did when it was new. I highly recommend AAA Auto Repair Center in Rocklin. I hope not to need a mechanic anytime soon, but if I do, this is where I will take it.
