Recently, we took our 2000 Chevy Silverado 1500 in to AAA Rocklin Auto Repair Center to be serviced. Walter and his team of mechanics did an exceptional job diagnosing the problem. They replaced the parts, but due to no fault of their own, one part was faulty. Walter immediately got the truck back in the shop and fixed the issue. They were responsive to our concerns, kept us updated every step along the way, and had excellent attention to detail. All while being friendly and courteous. They weren’t satisfied until we were. This is also the first shop that has dialed in the alignment correctly. The truck drives and handles like it did when it was new. I highly recommend AAA Auto Repair Center in Rocklin. I hope not to need a mechanic anytime soon, but if I do, this is where I will take it.

Took my truck in for alignment, started noticing a clunk in the front end. Turns out they never tightened the locking nuts on my right tie rod. Honestly, I'm lucky my tire didn't fall off. Be very cautious going to rocklin AAA.

Nick was extremely helpful when I took my car in. He was able to give me a list of recommendations for what maintenance I needed done and the priority of each one. I had to take it in twice and each time he was professional and kept me updated on any changes. I'm car ignorant so it was helpful hearing him explain any issues my car had and how they could take care of it. Definitely recmmend this shop!

I have been to AAA auto service a few times and Walter is the face of the company. He always has a smile on his face, is happy and excited to see people and that makes the whole experience 10 times better! I can tell he genuinely cares for the people who come in and that’s very hard to find nowadays! Every time I come in he demonstrates how a true customer service representative should treat people! I honestly wouldn’t keep coming back if it weren’t for him. And if you haven’t promoted him by now he definitely deserves it!

Overpriced and questionable. Took our truck in for an oil change and fuel filter replacement. Was quoted over $400. Got a call that they were able to do the oil change but the fuel filter was leaking fuel and that they didn’t have time to fix it but it’s really dangerous to drive. The truck was not leaking anything before taking it in there. Took it to the gmc dealer and they would have charged $100 less for the fuel filter but it ended up costing us $600 because “somehow” the fuel filter housing got cracked. Also the gaskets were not replaced after our oil change. Prices are outrageous when the dealership is significantly less. Draw your own conclusions about how the fuel filter got cracked - we have our theories.

This is the second time I had a bad experience with AAA. I went in there today having an appointment to talk to a travel agency not mentioning her name. It was a disaster. She was a knowledgeable insisting a trip would cost $10,000 to go to Italy she tried to tell me there was no direct flights. I do not recommend AAA and Rockland. I had such a bad experience and this isn’t the first time.

The front desk for now were very helpful and friendly. My vehicle got in and it was serviced and finish in a timely manner. Upon my oil, change and tire rotation and inspection all went very well. Although with the tire rotation, my sensors didn’t get reset to show the tires in their new location.

I was having an unknown problem with my key fob that the dealer said they couldn’t explain and that I should send to them. Sent here instead and these guys diagnosed and fixed my problem. Back in my car the day after they received it. Explained everything to me and I’ll be bringing my car here now, really appreciate kind people at places like this.

I took my Chevy volt in. They made me replace the computer screen and another computer module down below Totaling $1400. It’s still didn’t fix the problem so I took it into a Chevy dealership. It took them two seconds to diagnose the problem. It was just low on coolant. This company will not reimburse me for the extra expenses. They made me pay for for no reason. I’m very disappointed and it seems like the first thing you would’ve checked was coolant.

They were open and upfront on everything completed on my service. The gentleman up front even changed the battery in my key fob for me as a courtesy ☺️ I highly recommend bringing your vehicle in!
