Service was great! But! Whoever was sitting in my car left a cigarette here. My car smell was weird but I ignored it, until I saw the cigarette. I might be overacting a bit, but my car is a 40k car I’ve never smoked in my car. I find it disrespectful.

I had the front bumper of my Honda S2000 refinished by the team at Fix Auto, and it came out absolutely amazing. From start to finish, the entire team was professional, communicative, and easy to work with. The workmanship was top-notch — you can tell they take real pride in what they do. This isn’t my first great experience with Fix Auto, and I’m sure it won’t be my last. Highly recommend!

The folks at Fix It Auto were very professional and most of all honest people. I met with Drue and he explained to me the process on how they plan to fix the damage to my rear quarter panel on my Lexus. I felt it was reasonable and realistic on what needs to be repair/repaint, so I’ve decided to go with Fixit Auto versus another reputable shop in the area. They went above and beyond my expectations because they also detailed and waxed my whole SUV and fixed a few other dents and scratches. It looks like a brand new car again. Highly recommended.

Working with this team has been a dream, and that's saying it lightly. Kyleen and her team are very hard workers and great at customer service. Everyone was friendly, patient, and helpful. Life threw a curveball to me on Monday when I hit a pole with my bumper. Feeling stressed and embarrassed about the situation knowing that we were leaving town for the weekend for a Wedding and would be needing my car I was reluctant to put a claim in and be left with a rental. I selected Fix Auto Rocklin as they were the closest to where I live and work. I never looked at reviews I just randomly selected based off of location. Let me tell you it was the best decision I took as now I am a customer for life and will be returning if I ever need their services again. When I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the whole team, they helped ease my nerves and answered all my questions. There was even a cute 4 legged office friend that greeted me so friendly and put a smile on my face. Kyleen was amazing, very communicative throughout the whole process and even went above and beyond to get her technician to do a request that I had asked for on the side not as a cause of damage from my original accident. This shows her dedication to high end customer service, her attention to details, and her humanity. I was quoted that I should get my car back by 4/19 which would have been a week in a half that I would be in a rental. I had worries about the disruption for the weekend we were supposed to be going out of town and now being in a rental for a car I am unfamiliar with but trusted their expertise and would rather have the job done before and not after I get back into town. Surprisingly enough I received a call today on Friday after just under 3 days of my car being at their shop that they were able to rush my car's fixes in time for me to pick up today 4/12. That's amazing as I did not ask for a rush at all, they just picked up on my concerns and wanted to make sure they could get me back into my vehicle in no time. What true hard workmanship who puts the value of their customers forward. I am impressed and will continue to recommend Fix Auto Rocklin to everyone I know. I have nothing but kind words to say about this team from start to finish. The best part is when I received my keys and went to leave with my car I opened the door and the whole inside of my car had been detailed!! Again, such a surprise and never once was that an expectation I had but shows that they go above and beyond for their clients. I am truly happy that I randomly selected their shop as I will say that I will now only select their shop moving forward. Thanks so much Kyleen and the whole team of Fix Auto Rocklin, you guys are amazing and keep up the hard work. You have my gratitude! ❤️☺️

There are few businesses that fall into this category, but I can't say enough good about this company. I was impressed from the moment I called them all the way through to picking up our car. The professionalism, practicality, customer-centric, quality focused, and generous care that we received from beginning to end was exceptional. If every business behaved like this, it would make choosing where to spend my money difficult. However, since most businesses don't measure up to this level, the choice is easy: I will be a repeat customer for any paint and body work we need in the future!

Great! Got in an accident and driver swiped driver side of my bed. First time really using my insurance, but after a few confusing inquiries b/t them, I decided to fix bed side. Honestly, it looks really good. Took the shop about a week or so for everything. Kept me updated through the entire process. Getting a rental was made easy right there to pick me up when I dropped off for repair. Not a feat of amazement for all this, but it was my first time and process was just easy overall. And, my truck is looking drastically better.
