This place used to be good, but the lady at the counter was extremely rude and unprofessional, treating me like I was an idiot. I used to come here until they tried selling me an engine for a ticking noise that turned out to be my transmission. Recently, a friend brought their car in for inspection due to a noise, and the mechanic wanted to remove the tailgate instead of checking the shocks. At home, I jacked the truck up and discovered that my friend had a broken shock. My mom also had her water pump replaced recently, and I did not appreciate how the lady at the desk treated me. She asked, "Are you sitting down for this one?" as if it was going to be the end of the world. People are already stressed about their bills. Although I’m not a mechanic, I can see if something is broken. I no longer want to give them any more business after today. We miss Scott and his family running the place. Sam at the desk is the only sensible person when it comes to delivering bad news about vehicle issues.

Bunker Golf Co.

“Replaced manifold” threw in one new bolt and left olds ones. Same stock manifold as well. Hints the “ “ . Talked to the guy in the shop and admitted it wasnt done right. Think his name was Sam. Since I was over the two years it would be around $700 to replace correctly. Sick!
