So I have used Mark in his team before but this is the most extensive servicing I’ve done on my sons car he lowered it wheels tires brand new suspension roll bar he did the work on time for a great price and most important the installation was done properly with Kerr and attention to detail I really appreciate Mark and his team they are true professionals

I recently visited Rocklin Automotive and was very impressed with how professional they are, informative, and beyond fair pricing. SAVE YOURSELF trouble and money!!! This place wanted to charge me $2,600 to fix a crack in my radiator plus $195 for the inspection. I got a second opinion because that price seemed excessively steep. @ Stress- Free Auto Care in Orangville (only 20 min away) for the same radiator work and inspection I was in and out on a Sunday in under 7hrs), great reviews, excellent customer service, they thoroughly went through my Jeep, kept me posted throughout the day, quality work and I paid $700 less than what this place was charging. I hope this helps someone.

When my tire light came on today, I didn't know where to go for help, as I was 50 miles away from home. Luckily I found Rocklin Automotive! The very kind, friendly man working there checked out my tire and found a large bolt stuck in it. He offered to do the repair, gave me his coupon price (even though I didn't have one) and had me on my way in less than 15 minutes. What service! I'm so grateful to have found them!

Every time we have had an issue with our Chevy Tahoe, Bobby and the crew have diagnosed it very quickly and have always delivered it back before the set time frame for repair they have given us. The staff goes above and beyond and they have the best customer service. It is really hard to find a good mechanic and I couldn’t recommend Rocklin Automotive more.

I had an issue with my car seat [it was tilted forward and stuck] and took it to be assessed. I was told the total repair with the part needed and labor would be $1400 and was charged $200 "diagnostic fee" in which I was told a mechanic would see if he could somehow get it to move back in place. They essentially did nothing. I drove home and secured a young man who is not a trained mechanic which came the next day and had the car seat fixed within 15 minutes by spraying it with lubricant. I find it shady that they charged me $200 and a trained mechanic couldn't figure it out, but a young man untrained as a mechanic figured it out. And had I listened to them and ordered the part it would have cost me $1400!! I called the owner and left a message with Bobby to have him call me back. No call back. That has been over a month ago. Typical mechanics taking advantage of people.
