Updating my review from 5 to 1, after installing faulty spark plugs not once but twice. I called and spoke to the mechanic he said the owner would call me back the next day, called and left a voicemail almost a week later. Ended up taking it to another mechanic where they found a broken sparkplug was installed. Symptoms were ultimately resolved at another shop...

They’re in a really easy place to find if you know downtown or old Rocklin. Ask for Ray! Customer service was out the roof exceptional, and everything I needed got taken care of in timely manner. Jerry’s auto repair is absolutely the most dishonest repair shop. Darrin did nothing but lie and lie. Changed parts that had just been didn’t fix by another shop, the check engine light is still on calling for same repair. Then charged me 300 more than other shop. Waste of time and money. Going to post on yelp,, also. Crooks.
