I am always amazed at the expert care given to the customers. You feel like family when you drive into the service center. Trent was there to greet me and to get the paperwork started. I relocated back to South Carolina in January. I needed to have my Acura serviced and I decided to give Fred Anderson Acura another go. From the moment you pull in You’re met with professionalism, and great service. Evan one of the Service advisor have provided me on multiple occasions with excellent Customer Service. He makes it easy for you to leave your vehicle and Trust that the service will be done efficiently and timely. Fred Anderson is the only dealership that I’ve ever patron that has provided a video detailing the services provided, and any recommendations. I am very impressed and I plan on continuing to have my car serviced for any future needs.

I am new to the area and went to have RDX serviced at Fred Anderson Acura. My service advisor was Tom Elgin who was awesome!! He explained how the service department worked, had the requested service completed and was out in an hour. He checked to see if I had a recall and asked me to look at my old service records to see if 2 items had been done in the recent past. They had so I'm good. Very much thankful for services and recommendation! They sent me inspection video and walk through each inspection they have done. They were not asked nor paid for tire inspections. They found a major problem about one tire ( all 4 tires are brand new from somewhere ). We are so thankful for their technicians and staff who are there doing great services! Highly recommend them!

I brought my car in for service and while it was on their lot, it was vandalized by someone in their parking area. They provided a loaner and repaired the physical damage after month, but the service experience since then has been unacceptable. Not only were key services left incomplete — including a four-wheel alignment and front suspension check — but I was told the entry camera computer, which should fall under warranty, would not be covered. Now they expect me to pay $3,000 out of pocket for a repair that clearly should not be my responsibility. To make matters worse, when I picked up the car, there was still broken glass left all over the back, showing a complete lack of care and attention to detail. This experience has completely destroyed my trust in Acura and Honda. I will never purchase another product from them again.

Unfortunately at this moment I do not remember the two gentlemen's names that assisted me. Yet the auto service center have two gentlemen that have helped me on two different occasions and they have provided excellent service. They even insured I had a temporary vehicle to go home in though I left my car keys and my garage door opener in the car. They provided me with the best knowledge wonderful assistance and a strategy to achieve exactly what I was trying to accomplish. So I shall see them again in a few months. To complete my mission. And I thank them both beyond measure. And hopefully this time I'll actually get some sleep first prior to coming there.

The best experience I’ve ever had with a business. I was having major issues due to a recalled part. Apple tree Honda gave me a terrible experience.. and tried to close my recall. Thanks to Trent Landreth and all of the wonderful, honest, and hard working crew at Fred Anderson my car was taken care of completely. Not only was my recall serviced and covered, but they did a thorough inspection of my vehicle and sent me an explanatory video giving me a true assessment of my cars condition, as well as possible upcoming parts I’d want to replace, but with no pressure at all to do them now. They performed a pre-purchase inspection for me on a salvage title RLX Sport Hybrid I was interested in. They thoroughly inspected it, provided a video of underneath, and provided quotes on potential requires future repairs as well. They also took care of an open recall fuel pump issue free of charge. A loaner was provided so we were able to enjoy the afternoon in Greenville while we waited. The whole process took only about 4 hours. I ultimately did purchase the vehicle from a smaller dealership down the road, with peace of mind that I was making a sound investment. Great experience overall from Trent and the rest of the team!

Fred Anderson Acura is great. Everyone is very nice and helpful. I took off 1 star to make sure they read this- when I showed up I was told I didn’t have an appt. I called last week (2/2) to schedule an oil change. To be honest, I didn’t feel the person making my appt was on top of things, but I felt they could make the appt. Thankfully, they managed to squeeze me in- I live well over an hour away. Trent was great about it. I give this location 5 stars but the call center scheduling division zero stars.
