Ken and his team are amazing. I reached out because Carlton Mercedes was trying to charge me over $2k for something they fixed twice under warranty, but wouldn’t a month after my warranty ran out. The ridiculous part was that it was the same problem, but they claimed it was something else. I took it to Ken and they diagnosed it properly and saved me a lot of money. I trust them to provide accurate information at a reasonable price compared to Carlton Mercedes. I will never use Carlton Mercedes again. Roper Mountain will always be my first call for my car!

I thought I received good service and I was happy to setup an opportunity for "REPAIRS." But today while I putting Oil in my car I recognized that the COOLING SYSTEM SMELLED LIKE IT WAS OVER-HEATING, and when I removed the CAP to checked the COOLING SYSTEM, the ANTIFREEZE WAS EXTREMELY LOW ENOUGH TO CAUSE SEVERE ENGINE DAMAGE. Please Note, I called Roper Mountain Auto Care to complain about the malfunction, then I refilled it with ANTIFREEZE, and informed them that I would keep an eye on it throughout the weekend and take my car back to them on Monday. I came with a power steering issue and what I thought were bad brakes. I was expecting a large bill due to the fact my car wouldn't turn in my brakes were very soft. When they called me a few days later and said that the total was going to be $127 because they had found that only a sensor had been triggered in the power steering and the brakes were soft simply due to an ABS unrelated issue. They could have easily taken me for a whole lot of money and to get an honest and fair explanation from someplace I had never been before nor did I know anybody there is unheard of in today's age. I never leave reviews either but this absolutely blew my mind thank you all
