Joe the owner is highly skilled and knowledgeable about every aspect of repairing and diagnostic. Not many mechanics will co.e to you but Freedom does . His prices are more than fair and the owner is a straight shooter . I highly recommend.

We were left stranded with broken leaf springs on an rv. When many others didn't return calls or didn't show up, Joe did. He was able to do a temporary fix to get us to a shop that could do a permanent repair. Communication was great and pricing reasonable.

I was told the starter for my car was $500 which is not true. I was also told the travel time from from Worcester to Framingham is 2 hours; which is very strange. I don’t appreciate the dishonest. The pricing is not honest at all. Atleast they were polite.

Ran into some car troubles while in town for a conference. Called Joe at 7:00pm on a Sunday, was able to drop the car off at 8:00pm and pick it up the next day after my conference wrapped up. I can't imagine any other mechanic being so flexible. Outstanding customer service and fair price. I highly recommend this place.
