My truck got hit bad on the left rear quarter panel and everybody wanted to replace the entire panel which would've been very expensive. Chad was able to save me some money by repairing it and even went above and beyond my expectations and touched up other parts of my bed along with my running boards. I highly recommend them for quality work at a fair price.

I took my Ford Ranger to Baker Automotive after an accident that left the right side of the truck severely damaged and the bed misaligned with the cab. They did an excellent job working with my insurance, keeping me informed, and getting it back together. I purchased the truck with only ~5,000 miles and it now looks better than the day I bought it. In 2018 I had this establishment do some Rust work on my car. They did an awesome job on my vehicle you couldn't even tell that it there had ever been rushed there. Not only the roof but the bottom around the entire space of my car was done excellently. Sorry it took so long for the review on my behalf. I would recommend this place to everyone because they are so friendly and they do such a professional job on everything. And the customer service is excellent they're very friendly and it's family-orientated business. Love Baker automotive definitely

This is a family owned/operated shop and I instantly felt like family when first recieving service there. I recently had work done there for the first time, I'm a person that doesn't like change but this place was recommended highly by a few friends and I ended up making the switch. Who doesn't want to receive great service, pay less and most of all the honesty. They gave me all those things.The owners are very involved with their customers and employees. Very professional. Everyone was happy and very polite and helpful. I am old school so customer service, trust and honesty are very important to me and I was amazed of the whole experience. They explained in detail what they did and they even went as far as teaching me what the parts do and their functions. I wish I knew of this place earlier, these days a lot of garages and mechanics are not trustworthy and just out to get you. This shop is not that type. Awesome experience and top notch customer service. The "Family feel" is the icing on top. I highly recommend this place and you'll see what I'm talking about. No complaints except that I didn't know about them earlier.

Stellar customer service, top notch! My truck looks AMAZING! After being rear-ended on the highway, I called Baker Automotive in Worcester. From the first phone call, I knew I was in good hands choosing them to do my lengthy repairs. It seems my truck also had some serious inspection too, as he laid out the list of what he “checked” for me as well. This company is owned by a husband and wife, and she works long nights weekly at the shop making sure they have every detail of service met. They do! Right down to the air freshener hanging on the rearview. Over 30 years in business! I will refer everyone I know that is in need of a shop where the customer is valued to Baker.

I was a first time customer and I had such a positive experience. I work locally and they even gave me a ride to work after I dropped my car off to be serviced for a wheel bearing. By 3pm they were all finished with my car and they picked me back up so i wouldn't have to walk. Nobody does this! I was blown away by their kind and genuine service. They got excellent customer care service, they are patient, they explain the details to you, communication is excellent.
