Mobile Detail and Wash was absolutely fantastic! They were so easy to work with. All I had to do was set up an appointment and they did the rest. Scheduling an appointment was quick and simple. And, Since they came to me, I didn’t have to change my routine or go out of my way. I simply went to work as usual and they did the rest. They worked hard at doing a complete interior and exterior car wash/detailing! It was so nice to get off a long shift from work and get into a sparkling clean vehicle! The job they did was Phenomenal! My vehicle sparkled from bumper to bumper! Inside and out! They didn’t miss a spot! My vehicle looks and smells amazing! I can’t Thank Alex enough for his kindness and attention to detail! I very highly recommended treating yourself or a loved one to a superior car wash and detail!

Mobile Detail came to my home today to detail the inside of my mustang convertible. Alex sent me text messages notifying me of when he was on his way. It was very easy to schedule an appointment and choose which services I wished him to complete on his website. Alex and his employee were very professional and my car looks great. I will definitely use his services again and highly recommend his business to anyone interested in detailing their car. He has many options from which to choose from. Excellent service.

Communication sucks, never answers phone. He will text, but randomly. Took two days to return call at first contact. He indicated text was best but still very spotty response. Set first appointment but it had to be rescheduled for weather. That is understandable.Set second appointment and communication went extremely down hill from there. He said in text he would here the day of appointment between 9:30 and 10:30 am. Never showed, never responded to phone or text message. This makes me very upset. I have no clue how he has a good rating unless it is friends and family doing so. Beware is all I have to say. UPDATE After finally hearing from them, I am raising my score. There is still communication issues but owner explained and offered to make it right. At this time we have already gone with another company but would consider Freedom Mobile Detail in the future.

Scheduled online which they had an appointment right away. They kept in contact with me and sent over some great workers. Jeep looked great after and they went above and beyond on a scratch I wanted them to work on. Would recommend..Very handy to have them come to you..thanks guys!!
