They claimed that they checked and topped off fluids when they never do. The battery coolant reservoir is only at bare minimum lever after service. I had to top it off myself.

I had a oil change on Saturday,David the customer rep said you should also get the tires rotated so I said ok and I told him that one of my tires might be a little low on air ,he said that we will check on all the tires and put air as needed.the following day all lights come on my dashboard saying low air tire.at this point I hope that they at least changed my oil.

Horrible overall. Avoid at all cost. Customer service is intentionally being polite but distant, making yourself guilty asking any question. Maintenance staff is unprofessional. My car was involved in an accident when the technician took my car for road test after oil change. The entire dealership is very calculating. They want to save as much as possible since my car has the complimentary service

The service was good. Purpose for the visit was a recall. The service writer was friendly, but couldn't pick up on the fact I was in a rush to get to work and kept trying to make small talk, and would stop and look at me waiting for a response. My guess is he was new to the position, and was trying to make a good friendly impression. My advice would be read the customer if they seem to be in a rush to get to work, focus on getting them out the door. I will bring my truck back for service in the future.

Well, my experience with interacting with Benny & James was nice. I went in to have my car checked (2022 Charger widebody SCAT PACK) for two things 1) transmission hard shifting from stop to go, delay in moving. 2) intermittent gray/white smoke at startup. I was told no problems found and I need to read about the things I could do with the software, like changing the type of motor and traction control. As for the smoke at startup, it’s just burning off the condensation, it’s normal. I said I would understand if it happened constantly. My car is always parked in the garage. And the VERY upsetting damage to my front tire and deep grind/scratches to my wheel. Benny said these will get fixed. He will setup to have Aaron’s body shop fix and get back to me by the end of the day. This was in Wednesday 3/19/2025, it’s now Sunday, four days later and still no call/text back. I called the body shop and they do not repair wheels. I always keep my car and wheels/tires very clean. With this happen to my car and not being notified of the damage was upsetting. And not following up with the customer (me) about getting the wheel and tire repaired/replaced is another reason why I’m VERY disappointed with Fremont CDJR service center. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP GET MY CAR REPAIRED?!

Despite my repeated followups I am unable to get aforesaid reimbursement for the duration I was not accomodated with Replacement car during my car service . Perhaps I ended up spending lot of money on Uber and the same has been escalated in person/ email ;(attaching all the transactions) to numerous people David, Todd nd many others. In addition to this on the last day of they asked me to collect the replacemnet car and when I reached the location staright from my work via " UBER " & there was no booking at all. One after another incidences. Lack of professionalism and I dont know how things are communicated internally but yes Apart from the money over all I ended up feeling actually frustrated for not getting any compliance to the matter. If you're not able to do the reimbursements just say it upfront as I cannot keep making circles and you can keep the money with you. This was my first service at the outlet and I am just not satisfied at all.

I went there to replace a faulty battery under warranty. They made me wait 2 hours to carry out "in vehicle test" . The battery is only worth 100$ new, my 2 hours is worth much more than that. They could have just taken the battery and given me the new one, even taking a deposit while they test the old one

UPDATE: while the service department did a fantastic job, trying to estimate what the repair was and fix my vehicle, the vehicle is having the same EXACT problems And would not start. Luckily, I was able to make arrangements to get back in time. The saga continues.

Anthony and David were great at the service department. The software glitch and 2 recalls on my Jeep was fixed the next day. The only issue I had was at the Parts Department. I wish the lady was friendlier and more helpful. I needed an owners manual book. The website had issues and I was given a number to call. Well that rep just referred me back to the Stockton dealership because that’s where the Jeep was sold. Chris at the parts department in Stockton had no issues ordering me an owners manual book. Unfortunately, I need to pick it up when they receive it. Fremont parts department should ask how Stockton was able to help me.

Not happy with what transpired. I Took it in for a specific problem that didn't get resolved. I was not informed when he said I we need more time he meant we are going to change you more. Top it off thay had my truck for 7 days. And I still have to go back. All communication stopped after the second day. I went to the dealership in person to get answers. I feel that they didn't pay attention to the problem and for the true reason I took my truck to you.

Anthony was great in dealing with my problem. He and Juan were very friendly and provided excellent customer service. Including providing me with updates and advice throughout the process. San Leandro had my car for weeks and nothing was resolved. Once I brought it to Fremont, Anthony had an update and plan of attack in less than 2 days. It feels good to find a team that made me feel good about bringing my car in and they have made me believe in Dodge again after the San Leandro experience. I can’t praise Anthony and his team enough. Wonderful experience at Fremont after being duped at the San Leandro location. Never take your car to San Leandro dodge for service. You will waste thousands on rental cars and be told there is nothing wrong with the vehicle. Go to Fremont where they will take care of all problems and provide peace of mind during a stressful car situation. Thank you Anthony and the Fremont team!

I brought my car in for two issues: 1. check engine light and 2. 12V battery that was discharging overnight. I was told that the battery drain was caused by a third-party GPS device connected to the car, which was allegedly drawing power, and that the battery health was fine. They asked me to unplugg the device and returned the car. However, the check engine light was still on at pickup. When I pointed it out, I was told the technician had already left and I would need to return after the holiday weekend — even though this was one of the main reasons for my visit. That same night, the battery died again and I was stranded with my family and toddler. Roadside assistance quickly determined the battery needed replacement. After replacing it, the car has been running fine with no issues. I paid about $350 for diagnostics, yet none of my problems were resolved. Very disappointing experience. I won’t be returning. Will go to another dealership for service.

Thank you for the quick reply. I emailed the service manager again for help. also the hood sensor that was just replaced last week went bad again. Picture below intermittent. Went to the dealership to get hood sensor and radiator replaced. Then I was informed that the second engine I got has similar issues with my first engine. No funds to replaced engine or gaskets. I leave their shop with new radiator and hood sensor. To no surprise I get a check engine light. I checked the code with my friends scanner and found error code U11E9 which means its the AGS system. I know they have to disconnect the active grill shutters to replace the radiator. But I dont know if they even reset the AGS at all. Or if the wiring connections were not connected properly. Im afraid to go back to their dealership because I get issues one after another that I never had before. I dont even know what type of warranty the shop provides after replacing parts. Still driving the car with engine lights on since its the AGS. Im debating if I should go to another mechanic that might do better. You would think you go to the dealership to pay more but get better service and repairs. But this dealership has gone completely opposite. Their service manager was kind enough to look into the matter but I never got any further details after I got my car back.
