Purchased a Ninja 1400 R from these guys and that cost $18,000.00./ When i needed tires i purchased off line not no cheep tires but better price then buying from them, when i arrived with my tires i told them i didn't want no one ridding my motorcycle. They got pissy with me about that and i left my motorcycle but when I returned and drove my motorcycle the front tire had a wobble. I returned and there answer was that's what happens when you buy tires off line. Told them i wanted it re balanced they said i would have to wait . Then he took my tire off and placed it on the machine showed me it was balanced, yes it was but still has a wobble told him to let the air out of the tire and spin it 180 on the rim then refill with air and balance again he said that was not the correct placement of the tire told him i don't care he then said that's the way the tire was going to stay. This place does not even know how to balance a tire much less please a customer in the service department. I should never have come back here after what they tried to pull a fast on on me when i purchased the motorcycle read on. When i purchased the motorcycle things were a little sneaky as well. I wanted the top of the line Ninja ZXR with ABS they had another model that didn't have ABS they told me they could finance the one with out but if i wanted the one with ABS it was going to cost me $2000,00 more down. Then i was looking at the price sticker the top of the line was only $900.00 more than the other I mentioned that and then the salesman came over and took the prices off the Motorcycles and went to the finance manager who was the one that told me i would need 2000.00 more. I told them both that you guys cant go saying prices were wrong and you have to give me the one I wanted. After getting loud they said I could have the Black one Yes!!!. Oh i traded in my 2003 Harley V-Rod that was showroom and had many extras and was kinda sad to hear they would only give me $5000.00. All in all I'm not coming back to this place.

Austin Lin provided me with an outstanding service! He took the time to answer all my questions (because I had a lot of them and they involved a lot of details about Honda motorcycles and riding them) even though I may have asked some of them twice! This is my first motorcycle and Austin made me believe that this bike was really made for me and I got exactly what I expected! Thank you 🙏 The manager and cashier here are also very warm and patient people, sometimes you can predict their products and services by looking at the people here, if you want to own a motorcycle of your own, please give this store a try (Honda authorized dealer).

Stopped by this place really quickly, because my kid wants to ride a motorcycle. Not a full review, just wanted to say the Bike Salesperson Bill was very helpful and gave us great info on what to do to get started. Will come back after my kid gets the permit and training. Oh yeah, the entrance is at the corner left of this signage. The other door goes to another business.

We have been long time fans and customers for Fremont Honda Kawasaki. I bought a 2021 Honda Monkey most recently. Dave in finance was really helpful in finding the color we wanted and explaining the paperwork for us. Eddie, Ted, Mike P and Bill were also very helpful and friendly and a wealth of knowledge. Thank to Ostin in parts for always tracking down my parts too! If your in the bay Area and looking for a great store to get your Honda, Kawasaki, Suzuki or Royal Infield these guys are cool and they have a good inventory of bikes.

We decided we needed a UTV at our hilltop property and decided to drop in at the Fremont store. There was a Kawasaki Mule on the floor and we were met by Ted. He gave us a great overview of the vehicle and then even introduced us to the store owner. Both listened to our need and budget constraints, and they worked with us on offering the best deal. What made the experience even better was for the store owner to personally deliver the UTV to our property and then went over all the key features once more. We would highly recommend this store - ask for Ted and he together with the store owner will treat you like family.

this is probably my 9th or 11th motorcycle i've gotten from them, i forget but, one thing for sure. the service never changed. from the moment you step in to the time they watch you ride off. this time around. i was lucky enough to score a unicorn. a 2025 CRF300LS. stephanie stayed 30 minutes past closing to try to get us approved but the banks were closed. came back the next day and she stayed another 45 minutes after they closed to finally have us sign everything. it was our fault for coming that late and also not realizing they closed at 5 on saturdays. regardless. we were sent away. we were treated as if they still had hours left open. we werent rushed. eddie. if youre reading this, your staff is awesome!

Brought my Kawasaki in for its first valve check. I typically work on my own bikes but I was intimidated to learn and attempt my own valve adjustment on this bike. Called on a weekday and spoke to Stephanie in the service dept. She was professional and talked me through the entire service process.. I was then transferred to parts where I worked with Brian. He asked me what service I was having done and if there were anything else I needed. He sorted me out and answered my questions about the next steps. Once my parts, needed for the valve adjustment, were in (gaskets) Brian contacted me and informed me that I could call Stephanie back and schedule a drop off for my service. I gave Stephanie a ring on weds and she said I could drop it off Friday and it would be done by Saturday at the latest. I had a special request to drop off my bike Thursday and she was able to get my bike worked on Friday and it was ready by Friday afternoon! I ended up coming in on Saturday. Mike was working the service dept and he was very helpful with answering questions about my valve spec values. Jim, the mechanic, even explained a worksheet given to me with my before and after valve clearances and which shims they put in! I have always been paranoid and worrisome about bringing my bike into a shop. I never know if they really do what they say they did. No longer!! The team at Fremont Honda/Kawasaki/Suzuki are outstanding. I can only speak about having service done there but the sales floor is not crowded with bikes and each bike is displayed nicely. The store is clean and well organized as far as I see. The store wonder Eddy even thanked me for my business before I left! Post test ride: Bike is smooth as silk! I will def come back here for future service needs!!

I needed new tires for my bike. They were extremely helpful in helping me order the set even took full payment over the phone and were very helpful with shipping updates. The tires were on back order so it took a little for them to ship in but that definitely isn’t the dealerships fault. They text and called me to make sure I knew the tires had arrived and were waiting for me. I called to make an appointment with services and they were able to get me in next day. They took amazing care of the bike even cleaned and tightened the chain. The kind lady at the service desk even helped me order a part for a recall and assured me they will reach out when that comes in. All the staff were very nice and helpful will definitely be using their services again. :)

Special shout out to Josiah. Earlier this year, some time in Aug/Sept 2025, I was in a situation. My motorcycle was stolen from basement gated community parking. To all the stress related to informing the cops and Insurance and hoping that the bike is well and good and would be hopeful recovered, Insurance agent/adjustor asked me to collect all the info about the bike, dates of last services, all bills for parts and services amongst many other things. I had my last major parts changes and services done at Fremont HKS but I had no recollection of the dates or receipts or anything. This is where Josiah comes in. Josiah, on phone, was extremely empathetic and patient with me. Understanding my situation and feeling of sadness + anger + pain + stress over my first motorcycle, Josiah calmly guided me to gets my documents in order. With very scanty and vague pieces of information that I could provide him, Josiah patiently tried various combinations of inputs I gave him and after a few tries was able to successfully locate my last service receipt that was critical as the last written proof of odometer reading. He even helped pull up parts receipt and sent all documents related to my bikes he had, in a jiffy. Going over and beyond, Josiah did offer words of advice on how I should go about approaching the situation. Not for once, did he try to sell me a new motorcycle or safety/location tracking products or anything and was quite sensitive about the situation. This is a sign of great customer service and this is what made Fremont Honda Kawasaki Suzuki stand out for me. Without trying to sell me anything and offering selfless advice, Josiah has acquired a customer who now recommended Fremont HKS to everyone in his biking community!

Highly recommend dealership, one of the best in the bay area! Purchased new Honda Transalp 750, the whole process was smooth and comfortable, Evan and Ted did a great job! They clearly explained everything about motorcycle, all the financing and registration points. I also trade in my previous motorcycle, they where flexible about the price, found profitable solution for both sides!
