I went to this shop to just replace sparks plug and ignition coil he charged me 1100 dollars just for thst And next day my car was the same even worse stops at all the lights and I have to start it again I went back to this guy name Jhon And he said I can't do anything and he didn't provide me any invoice what he did to my car very dissatisfied with his price and service and the other car which was my wife car he took my charger from the trunk and never return it back im complaining this to bbb to solve my problem I paid too much for that job ,and still have the same problem even worse

I had a very courteous experience with the service from The Shop. Even after he told me that he has a busy day with appointments, he was accommodative and could look at my issue when I just barged in the first thing in the morning. The specific thing I liked was that even though he had a vacation coming up that evening he was patient enough and helped with lots of useful information. I appreciate the service very very much.

I went to The Shop and needed a transmission repair. Johnny installed a new transmission with a warranty. It was cheaper than the quotes I got from the other places I have brought it to. All the other places were going to rebuild my old transmission and change me more. I am so glad Johnny at The Shop did the work on my Ford ranger. My truck has sentimental value to me because of my dad. My old boss used to bring all his work trucks to The Shop. We have always been satisfied and will continue to use this company as long as they are around.

Brought in my car for a check engine light and ended up being diagnosed with some major problems. Now, he could easily have taken my money and done this major repair, but he actually cautioned us against this and suggested we pursue help from the manufacturer since my car wasn’t very old, and had fairly low mileage. Thanks to him, after a lengthy back and forth with the manufacturer, we are saving THOUSANDS on this repair. So grateful that he was so honest and gave us advice that was truly in our best interest. We will be referring friends and family here for their needs! One family member has already had a repair done and was happy with the service and pricing. Good, honest shop! You won’t regret bringing them your business.
