Terrible experience. The work was sloppy, the issue with the car was not fixed and I ended up having it somewhere else to get fixed. Their customer service was good at first but unwilling to take responsibility for their mistakes in the end save yourself the time and find a shop that actually values it's customers and do quality work.

This shop has been very insincere in dealing with customers. They make promises that they don’t keep and even give misleading information. Instead of being upfront, they misled me and wasted both my time and money. A mechanic should be honest and transparent, but unfortunately, this shop does not treat customers with respect or honesty. I would not recommend them.

I don't normal do reviews but I wouldn't recommend anyone to get service done on their car at this place of business. It was filthy, they had a fish tank in the garage were cars got worked on & a dog walking around while they worked on other people's cars as well. I'm mad at myself for even handing over my keys so they could work on my Jeep. I had two stripped bolts that I needed to get removed out of my hood & they wanted $150. The employees working on my car were showing no respect towards my vehicle. One guy was standing on my front bumper while the other was on a step stool trying to take this stripped screw out of my hood. I eventually told them to stop the job & requested for my keys back. I was able to find another local body shop & receive help for a reasonable price. Think twice before leaving your car here.

These guys are honest! I usually fix my own cars but I came in with something I didn’t have the tools to do myself and they really helped me out. I have come back several times since! Their prices are good but mostly they are very trustworthy and very nice! I would recommend them over any place in the bay.

Installed a new a/c system. Once I left I smelled something burning. He told me that is normal to come back if it persists. I did. I was told the coolant system needs to be replaced. $$$ I went to a different auto shop, and they showed me that when A1 went through the parts to replace A/C, they left the caps off. Went with my new auto shop, for much cheaper price. I don’t like feeling I’ve been swindled with.

I had an appointment booked for a wheel alignment, but when I arrived, it turned out something went wrong and my reservation had been lost. It seemed like the whole visit was about to go badly, but the manager stepped in and saved the day. He rearranged other cars that were scheduled for later and got mine taken care of right away. The wheel alignment was done perfectly, the service was fast, and the team was genuinely friendly. Great place — highly recommended.

I had a wheel alignment done on my Ford Fusion along with wheel balancing. After the work was completed, I noticed vibration in the front wheels — even worse than before. I’m not sure how well the alignment was done; I’ll see after driving it for a while. Based on my experience, I would not recommend having repair or diagnostic work done at this auto shop.
