Damaged the door closed sensor on my car. Also left streak marks all over the inside of the windshield, which wasn’t even dirty. Waiting room is decrepit.

I called a few times to see if there was a wait or if I should make an appointment but nobody answered so I drove down to the place. I went into the "office" where I waited to be helped. Someone came in, went behind the counter, looked at me, got something and went back outside. I kept waiting. Nobody came back inside. I went out to the garage where several employees saw me. They did a good job of glancing over at me from time to time but, again, nobody said anything. Nobody asked me what I needed. Nobody approached me. Everyone saw me but said and did nothing. I was there for the first time for a carwash. First impression: Blown.

Was a customer for years, now reporting them to the better business bureau for trying to tell me they will no longer honor a gift certificate because they changed owners. Same name, not very smart. Poor business, to loose their previous customer base by doing something illegal for under $50.00. Stay away from these guys. Just checked. Not a shock, they are not registered with the Better Business Bureau with practices like this. Will let folks in East Haven know and spread the word.

This is the best and most thorough car wash I've ever been to. I got the #5 wash which includes the wash, dry, dress tires, clean and condition the dash, console, vacuum carpet and mats, clean windows inside and out. This is an all hand carwash. No machines touching your car. This is not the prettiest building but damn they do an excellent job. One thing they dont do is rush you out. It took them like 20 minutes to clean my car and that's how it should be. It takes time to clean a car. Other places that rush you out in 5 minutes cant possibly do a good job. This is the place to go

I was a regular customer and tipped well - NO MORE! I mistakenly left a VERY nice silver bracelet in the sun glass holder-I planned to bring it to be repaired after the car wash. Someone stole it - they all played dumb when I went back in to ask - the owner could CARE LESS. YES my fault for leaving a valuable but I forgot it was there and if they had any integrity or professionalism they'd leave people's things alone. DO NOT LEAVE ANYHTING OF VALUE IN YOUR CAR!

Worst place to get my car washed!! Thay did a Crappy job cleaning my car for 25.99$!! But thay Stolled money out my car!!!!50$ so it cost me 75.99$ I would never recommend this place, yes.!!

The reason for the star is because every time I go there I pay over $30 for my car and the inside is always not clean all the way and I let slide, but today it was just so bad that I had to go home and clean it myself. Please do better!

Do not go here!!! They broke the sun roof track on my car. After getting a wash I opened the sunroof which was working fine when I took it there. It was closed to do the wash when I arrived perfectly fine. After the wash the roof was off track when opening. I immediately went back right after and the manager gave me of a number of a person name Valeria to call and they never answer. Now I'm stuck with this repair!!!! They are disgusting.

Went to fresh and clean to get my truck washed. After I paid I noticed that something was wrong. I looked at my receipt and noticed that I was charged 25.99 for the executive wash (correct) plus 2.00 for SUV charge (correct) plus 1.03 for using my card instead of cash (incorrect). The manager stated that my receipt was correct. I asked him where does it said that to use your card is extra and he showed me small laminated card underneath some papers on the desk. I will never go back. I understand that's its only a dollar but it's the freaking principle.

Spend 50 bucks and there’s still bunches of easily accessible stains, and I showed these main visible stain to a employee and he wiped one side and leave everything else, Just need to take there time do what they doing no need to rush and then not resulting in good condition and there wasn’t even other vehicles to take care of, and yes I got similar service from them already and I still go back when I could go somewhere else so just imagine the support I try to continuously give them and still getting bad service smh
