Full circle German Auto provides unparalleled service! I have a 100,000 plus Mini Cooper. Full Circle has done a fantastic job keeping my car working perfectly like it’s new. I have complete faith in their services and think that they have very fair and honest pricing. Great customer service and great mechanical skills! I would recommend them to anyone and feel fortunate that we have their shop in the Omaha area.

These guys are the best Joel and Corey did an excellent job. Hands down the best experience I have ever had getting my car worked on. I strongly recommend if you get a quote anywhere else get one here too, they got the parts for my BMW faster than the dealership could and installed them in a timely manner. Joel is the best! Im a young woman with a Mercedes ml350 and boy have I been messed with in this industry. I’ve had bad oil changes and services from the chain places where they’ve overcharged me for everything. And don’t get me started on my experiences with the dealership (where I bought the car and even had a warranty from). I’m so glad that I found Full Circle. I finally feel like I have a place I can depend on. They get me in quickly, get the job done fast, and are always up front about everything and don’t try to upsell you things you don’t need. I trust them and that’s everything to me. I’ve recommended my mom to them and she takes her ml350 there now too. Thank you for being so honest guys! Highly recommend.

Full Circle was a great place to go to fix my 328ci, I’ve went there multiple times & I have had no complaints. They do great work, are willing to work on a price with you & they are great on working on a time with you. The car was my daily so I didn’t have much time for it to be in the shop, but they tried to make it quick as possible for me to get back on the road again. Overall I would refer all my friends with German vehicles to go there! Joel and Corey are honest down to earth guys & if anything goes wrong with my car again, I’m taking it back to them. My favorite shop in Omaha fs!

These guys are as as smart as they sound the first time you talk to them. After having my water pump replaced, I smelled coolant, burning, I took it back to them And was told they couldn't find the problem, and it was internal. This was followed by them telling me, I should sell it with a hundred and twenty miles on a diesel Volkswagen. Mysteriously enough The smell seemed to go away after I brought it in only a 100 miles later to find out They broke a part while fixing it. The piece that needed to be replaced was two weeks out (not to be found in Omaha), so they decided to Band-Aid it by putting a hose clamp on the broken piece and tell me a story about how the motor had internal problems. The car runs like new now. (assuming when they looked at it again the hose clamp was secured better) On a work trip out of town the hose clamp failed, another mechanic told me what they had done and that it was only a twenty two dollar part that they failed to replace (VW does not use any hose clamps and before taking my care to FC only VW had touched it all under warranty). After a hefty tow bill, 2 weeks out. I would never recommend going to these two clowns.

Full Circle German Auto is a stellar business. My fantastic experience began the day I called and spoke to Joel. I knew within 10 to 15 minutes of our conversation I was bringing my vehicle to him. He is very easy going but I could tell he knew what he was talking about. I could feel the passion he had for not only working on these vehicles but also owning/driving them. I'm referring to BMW, but I feel he is an enthusiast for most German cars. I received a quote from him which was not only a much better price than I'd received from anywhere else, but he was able to get me in right away. They had my car for less than 24 hours and it was done. What completely blew me away was when I dropped off my car the outside was really dusty and not looking it's best. When I picked it up they had washed and dried it. Who does that? I absolutely reccomend Joel and everyone at Full Circle for any type of service you need. They are honest, knowledgeable, prices are great, and most importantly they have integrity. I will definitely be back for all my vehicle needs. I appreciate you guys very much. All the best to you!

Very chill guys that work here I really like the environment, there was miscommunication on my service that was getting done, I asked for an oil change while I also needed a sunroof repair but I asked only for the oil change to be done today, it was miscommunication on what needed to be done and both services were done on accident, but they were understanding of the situation and they knew there was miscommunication and accommodated for the mistake, they gave me a discounted price for the inconvenience and mistake. I will always come back to this shop, great work, quick, and great quality!

Got tired of waiting 30+ days from the Audi dealership just to have my car looked at. Did my research and found FCGA and I will not be looking back. Joel and his team have done small and bigger work on my car, and I couldn't be more impressed with the quality of work, price of service, thorough explanations, and friendly, down to earth interactions with Joel specifically. Most shops won't allow you to buy your own parts and bring in for service. Those same shops order the parts for you and of course up charge you 20%+. Joel and Corey allowed me to bring my own parts and simply charged a fair labor rate for install. You'd be crazy to keep dragging your Euro cars to other shops instead of bringing them here. I'll be back for sure, keep up the great work guys!

I have a 10 year old Audi that i love but needs some tlc… these guys did a great job on a start of a new service plan for my A7. Joel was very informative and professional. I definitely will call this shop my cars “place” to get things done. Trust is the most important, no matter what car you drive, if it’s German, id recommend you bring your car here. Amazing, compassionate team! The dealership quoted me an astronomical price to diagnose a check engine light and to have a single point on a chewed wire connector replaced ($600 in labor, and $400 in parts). The lovely people at Full Circle German Auto fixed the issue same-day, in a third of the time and for a third of the cost that the dealership quoted me, and helped me fully understand the details of the repair so I felt extra safe driving my vehicle. Where do I begin? Came in for an oil change with the Land Rover I owned at the time (upon recommendation from a friend). Realized these guys love working on German vehicles.
