Had an accident and the other parties insurance was being a little difficult. Brought my car to Fullerton Auto Collision to get a second opinion on estimate for repair and they were super helpful. Right from the start they explained their role when dealing with insurance and their past experience with certain insurance companies. They broke it down, were very knowledgeable and more than willing to help if I stumbled upon issues with the insurance giving me the run-around. Ended up taking my car to them and they kept me up to date. My car is now fixed and looks amazing! Would definitely recommend them and will definitely go back to them if I am in need of auto body work done on my car.

Friendly quotes and an honest bunch of fellas. Learned a lot about what I needed and didn’t need done to my vehicle during a basic tune up. Came back for some work on my car’s body and it was done in an efficient and professional manner. Nice to know there’s an honest body shop that does good work at a nice rate!

Came in here because I had couple check engine lights come on after my car hit 100k miles. Staff is very knowledgable and friendly! They helped swap out a bad fuel pump and even gave me very helpful preventative maintenance tips for my turbo. Price was very reasonable and got my car back fairly quick! 10/10 will come back for all my future car problems. Thanks guys, will definitely reccomend to friends and family.

I've never liked going to the mechanic to get my car fixed, because I never felt like I was being taken care of and I have had bad experiences being ripped off in the past. That was before I got help from Fullerton Auto Collision, who make what can be a very stressful process into a very easy and pleasant experience. Knowledgeable, honest, and fast, I will never go to any other body shop again. They helped me fix a bad impact to the rear of my car from a complete wreck to brand new mint condition. Really and truly these guys know what they are doing and it is beyond impressive.

I’m a pretty casual car owner. I do the basic work on my car when I can but it really helps when you have a shop that’s always reliable and available. I come here for annual checks on my car and getting things fine tuned. They’ve always given me a fair price and are pretty honest about the timing. Awesome quality of work! I dropped off my car after scraping/ hitting the side of my car with a concrete post. I told the service advisor that I was hoping for the repair to look as if nothing ever happened and they delivered. The pricing was reasonable and the quality of work exceeded my expectations. Definitely recommend.
