Fast service and personalized care. I'm a retired senior citizen with a new electric bike and I didn't want to deal with flat tires when riding the new bike. The guys at Fullerton eBike were knowledgeable about the tire liners on the market that minimize the risk of flat tire problems and retrofitted my bike with the liner & inner tube I provided at a reasonable price. The work was done in one day. I'd recommend them to others with electric bikes needing to make upgrades or repairs.

I was in need of a tire repair late on a Sunday. Sam said he would take care of it even though it was just before closing. He was friendly and very professional. He replaced the tube quickly. I decided the bike needed a new seat as well so he put it on without hesitation. I highly recommend them and will ABSOLUTELY use their services again.

Sam the owner is E-Bike friendly. He carries a lot of models to fit anyone's style, from mild to wild and every budget. If you're in the market for an E-Bike it's worth checking it out. I bought my first E-Bike somewhere else SD Fly & Ride also a great store but I work much closer to EBC and bought my second Haibike from Sam. It's my car replacement and log easy 200-300 miles a month for commuting to work. Sam and his wife Tanika are definitely great!

Great place to buy an Ebike. Sam, the owner, is knowledgeable and helpful. Free tune up after the sale helped take any apprehension about buying an electric bike away. Fantastic experience. Now they have trikes, for those who need to carry or deliver items. Stop by and check them out.

The employees, Devin and his partner, were super thoughtful. I had brought a Aventon Level 3,which has a crappy stock front rotor and they were able to diagnose that and come up with a great cost effective solution to resolve the wobbles/shakiness of hard braking. I am super happy!

The absolute best place to buy an e-bike. The owner and employees ride e-bikes and are very knowledgeable. Multiple manufacturers stocked and a huge inventory on hand. I drive 50 miles from Redlands to shop here. EBC services what they sell with the parts, tools and experience to keep your e-bike in top shape. Ihave bought two bikes and plan to buy my next ride there too.

Eric helped me choose the perfect Aventon e-bike, Level 2 step-through. After testing about 12 bikes at different stores, found this one and it is perfect - fit, very responsive, smooth acceleration, sleek frame design, and comfortable. I picked it up a few days later and I'm ready to ride. Thank You!

Update 5/6/21 (6 stars if I could): Dave is absolutely the BEST. Haven't been in for months, didn't expect he would even remember me. They had several days worth of bikes to service in the shop, yet fit me in for a rear tube replacement anyways and had it done in 2 hours. On top of that, I wasn't charged a dime for it, because the manufacturer somehow failed to install a rim strip on the back wheel, causing the tube to tear. So, it was either covered under warranty or he took care the cost of it himself. Either way, incredible service. I will be fiercely loyal to Dave and this shop! Original review 10/10/20 (5/5 stars): Dave and Randy were friendly, informed and super helpful. We were able to test ride bikes and ended up getting a pair of Aventon Level (step through M/L, and step over L). Dave went above and beyond to help us get the bikes we wanted in time for a trip the next weekend. Broke them in while camping and ride them all over town when we're at home. Will definitely be back if we're ever in the market for different bikes or accessories!

Bought my first Aventon in 2020 with the help of Dave, who made sure I got exactly what I needed. Fast forward to June of this year, and I had the pleasure of being helped by Eric when I went in to buy a new chain and ended up buying an Aventon Pace 4 (thanks to the n+1 rule!). Long story short, I have a bike the fits me, with the geometry that suits me. Eric also helped me upgrade with a smaller chainring that will make climbing much more better. I tell anyone who asks about an e-bike that this should be their first stop. And while I have your attention, for all other cycling needs, the OG Fullerton Bike Shop (next door) has a great staff who will hook you up with what you need without any pressure or judgement.

Feel let down: I dropped off my Lectric XP 4.0 on Dec 16, 2025. Spoke with Brian. I let him know that my bike needs brake pad replacement and needs type D brake pad that are (semi metallic). He said ok. I pick up my bike on Dec 17, 2025, and turns out my brake pads were replaced with Resin type which are not recommended for heavy e bikes like mine. Resin brakes ware out faster and fade under heat and is appropriate for lighter bikes. So I requested a type D or semi metallic brake pads, and Brian agreed and said yes, I ended up with something I did not bargain for. When I confronted Eric who worked on the brake pad replacement, he said that he could have ordered the semi metallic pads. I should have been told by Brian if they needed to order the pads. I could have waited longer to drop off my bike or just order the semi metallic pads myself and brought them to the shop. I am 210 lb guy on 70 lb bicycle. Now I have a potential safety issue or at least another trip to the bike shop to replace with proper brakes. What do yall think about this? Maybe this was a mishap and not a normal experience with this bike shop. But my experience was a big let down. If metallic brake pads were not available I should have been told so we can work together to install a proper brake pads for a 70 lb bike. Now I have to ride with very nervous feeling. Brian and Eric were very helpful and professional. Turn around time was fantastic. But I am thinking this was some sort of failure to note the type of brake pads requested in the store order entry system. This shop has good reviews and there is no way bike shop can be in business if this was bait and switch. I am thinking this was some error. I hope the staff and ownership notice my review and take corrective action to fix this. I will update my review next in near future, depending on response from the shop.

Let’s start with the most important part of this review, these gentlemen are trustworthy. I got a cheap bike off the Tik Tok Shop (first mistake) within the first week the back tire blew up and I had to find a shop that can help me with the repair. Only took one search to find this shop and when I called they answered all of my questions even the ones I didn’t know I needed. The repair was priced reasonably, they offered me an add on for protection and I went with it. They also helped me with the loose handlebars, nothing is free but also they didn’t take advantage of the situation. Overall I can see myself going back for any e-bike related shopping. They have bikes and other essentials on location making it a one stop shop. Brian was my mechanic and he did a fantastic job making my bike new again.

Eric helped me out. Eahora Romeo pro ll 2025. Replaced 1-170mm diamond left crank arm. $20 for the part and 20 if thread was not busted for the labor, $30 because my thread was destroyed. Labor to replace is easy, if you have a tool. $30 to cut through aluminum is not. $50 for repair and part is fair. Amazon has cheaper crank arms. ** Edit ** Changed replacement cost to $50. Total was 74$. Still not bad, but notification would have been nice They sell ebike tires, not many options though. No moped tires. Will not open up motors to grease and repair. Lot of selection in legal e-bikes. Friendly service. First come first serve basis.
