Went to get smog check & stood there for about 5 mins while two other people checked in/out with the first salesperson then he said he would be back, ok cool, no problem. However, another guy came out of the garage and just asked me for my keys… but i had not discussed anything, with anyone…When I proceeded to say good morning and advise him that I had not been assisted- He responded with the price and asked if I was going to pay. Just rude for no reason. Decided to spend my money elsewhere. (And I could’ve made this about something deeper- but im not tryna take it there…but DO BETTER). Just be kind.

My go-to smog check shop for past 7+years. The owner greets you with smile and is friendly, and he sends out coupon every single year just couple months before your renewal is due even you dont need one that year. The test takes under 10 minutes when it's not busy so I was in and out pretty quickly. If you've never been here, I suggest you to check it out this time.

Only place for me for the last five years or so. Always easy in, easy out. Competent, quick service. Nice waiting room with complimentary water, small dish of candy, and magazines to read. Update!!! 2 Years later and we're back!! Still the best!!Best smog prices around!!! Check the website for a coupon!! In and out experience!!! Mechanic is honest and if you don't pass he will tell you why. This is literally the cheapest price for smog test only in town, literally don't look anywhere else! This is by far the best smog shop I've been to, the owner is so genuine and down to earth. Success. Original starts here: I've been coming to Fullerton Smog for over 5 years (today Dec 28 2016). From the first time, the owner & his assistant were friendly, speedy, and neutral in their suggestions. Prices are very competitive. You'll get a discount on your first check, and will get some green coupons for future tests, good for $15 Off, for a Total around $40 (reg test). The place has FREE WiFi, coffee, cold water & AC 🙌... and a TV. Also, great collection of model cars & photos, and fun magazines. Can you tell I like this place? Try em out. You will not be disappointed.

Update 2025. I made the mistake of going here when the owner wasn't there. I caught a little attitude from the person who was there. I returned a week later, when the owner was there. What a different experience. They are quick and will get you out of there quickly. Have been going to them for years now. I'm returning this year 2025. Print out a coupon on the internet on their site for $15.00 off. Out the door, it should cost around $39.95 with the coupon. After you visit the first time, they will send you one when it's time to test.

I needed a Smog Star station certificate and after searching for the best price and quality I found Fullerton Smog Center. This is a star station which the DMV requires from you on instances for registration. The service was great Seung T the owner and Chuck the technician were courteous friendly and professional .My smog test was completed in 15 minutes and I was giving my star certificate. Have been going here for smog cert for a few years now. No appointment needed, time to take a 25 minute walk with the dog and car is ready to go. Today I didn't pass the smog because a vacuum line hose was dried and cracked. Seung took the time to show me the part I needed to replace and suggested any auto parts store would have. Thank you soooo much. Saved me from getting ripped off on an over priced repair that was only a few dollars part that popped right on. Returned to re test and passed!! Best place ever to get a smog cert. Honest and very reasonably priced!
