Beware prices change for batteries and installation with in two hours of calling in. Make sure you get the persons name, time you called, and the part number quoted! Anyone who buys a maintenance certificate CHECK YOUR CAR BEFORE YOU LEAVE!!! They do not do a full inspection or fill your fluids!!! I had to have someone else do that after I got an oil change. Also make sure they put the right oil! My oil burned away after one month!!!! They didn’t put the synthetic oil required for my vehicle.!!!!! 😡😡😡 I held back on writing this review because I wanted to confront them when I brought my car in but since they are being dishonest I have to warn others!!!!!

Had my Ford Flex dropped off there after getting a full diagnosis at a local shop since I needed to get a new ecm reprogrammed. Bravo called me next morning and said I would have to do a diagnostis again because those independent shops don't know what the hell they're doing and that it would be $300+ for that. My car was already there so I went along with it and he was supposed to call me back next day with the results. He didn't call me back so I ended up calling him instead. He answered with attitude and told me that he didn't call me because I already knew what was wrong with it since I'd already had it diagnosed and nothing had changed. He then told me not to expect another call from them for a few days because they were busy and would not be working it anytime soon. Few days passed and he said the new computer i gave them didn't work and that they would have to purchase another one but they apparently couldn't find one. I offered to look for another one on my end and he said "no, you already did that and look what happened" lol like I knew the computer i purchased at AutoZone wasn't going to work. By then I'd already had enough of this guys attitude and requested to work someone else. Danny took over and he was really nice and helpful. He recommended I look for another ecm which I did and he even gave me some contact numbers. He kept me updated and I like that he apologized for my bad experience with Bravo.. I purchased a new pre programmed computer for plug and play and it got installed for a hefty price of $1,100 this included diagnosis, a new connector and keys reprogrammed. Was not happy with the price or my experience with Bravo but my car was back on the road. It is what is, but I likely won't be going back nor recommending this location to anyone else.

Let me start by saying that I regret purchasing my 2015 Ford Escape. Ford just doesn't make them like they used to. For example, my visit to the dealership was a result of Ford's strategic engine design, which forced me to come because their battery is placed in the rear of the engine block and requires multiple pieces of interconnected hardware to be dismantled. With that being said, this service center was well organized, efficient, offered transportation services, and surprisingly cheap considering labor and parts (their battery was cheaper than any I'd seen at AutoZone). I was able to secure an early 7:00am appointment the night before, which is also pretty surprising. The staff is professional and courteous, and the techs always bring my car right up to the front for me. Great service. I just wish I didn't have to schedule and work by day around for even minor maintenance.

Been back here 2 times this month with two of my cars. Basic service on both. The atmosphere (at least in the service department) seems. Rejuvenated and the staff seem happy. Towards the end of McCoy mills ford it didn't seem like that as much. Will be a returning customer here for service. I did not buy a car from Fullerton Ford so I cannot comment on the part of the dealership.

When I called the service shop @1400 the day before for some running boards, they told me to come in during the following morning and told me that they would take care of me no problem. Turns out that they were backed up for two whole days and didn’t even bother letting me know in advance when I got there in the morning. Ended up going to Ken Grody’s Service instead due to poor communication.
