I've come here for 2 separate repairs. Very honest and very good labor pricing. One time, the owner told me they need to revise the estimate. The part they ordered was actually cheaper than they had quoted me, so I ended up paying less. Really? They could have just pocketed the difference and I would have never found out. Wow. Impressive!!!

This place indeed looks a little scary due to where they are located at. I brought my car here for some services it needed at the owner "Lee" was very helpful in the beginning and very nice also. but when I went back for my vehicle a couple days later the price was ridiculous!! very over priced. and the services that were made to my vehicle were the worse! I had to take my car to another mechanic to get the job done they did for me the RIGHT way.

Kwon Lee, the founder, Master Mechanic & Owner of K&S Auto Repair & his team, did a awsome job on diagnosing and repairing my 1998 Honda Civic LX. It needed o-rings and seals and gaskets and the rack & pinion steering replaced. I would have never known what kind of upgrades it needed unless I left it with Mr Lee and his crew. They did such a great excellent job with a fair price!

Lee is magnificent. Went in at 4:10 pm with the squeakiest brakes I've ever had. Lee stated that it takes about an hour and a half to get it done. They closed at 5 pm. He asked one of the mechanics of they could get it done. I left the shop at 5 pm on the for with brand new brakes. This place is by far the best shop I've been to in a long long while.

Five stars is not enough, I need more stars for this auto repair shop, they're really good and honest. I had an oil change and the mechanic not only change the oil, he also replenish all other oils and other liquids needed. They also put new tires to my car at a very reasonable price. This is the repair shop that I will definitely refer to my friends and family because they are honest and really good mechanics.

At my age I have been to a lot of mechanics, some just feel wrong almost as if they create problems so they can make more money right? have you ever felt that,I didn't get that here with K&S honest work honest pay. Good knowledgeable fast mechanics the person in the front office couldn't be more kind or helpful. I will go back there in the future

THE WORSE, MOST UNRESPONSIVE AUTO REPAIR SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED!!! I called them on Friday and was told to make an appointment which I did with the lady receptionist for Monday. It was for the brakes on my daughter's car who is in college and I am 450 miles away. I called five times from 7:55 a.m. to 8:10 a.m. until some random guy picked up the phone. I tried to explain to him about making the appointment as requested and why my daughter was dropping off her car and he didn't ask for my name or didn't have any follow up questions about the car: (RED FLAG #1). My daughter arrived at 8:00 a.m. for her appointment and dropped off her car. By 1:00 p.m. she called me saying that she had not received an update. I called and Mr. Lee answered the phone and when I asked him about my daughter's car he said nobody told him about it so he hadn't done anything about it: (You mean to tell me that your shop is so disorganized that you have a car sitting there for 5 hours and you don't even question it? - RED FLAG #2). Mr. Lee promised that he would test drive my daughter's car and get back to me. At 4:40 p.m. I had not received a follow-up as promised and called the shop where the lady receptionist answered. I tried to explain to her about making the appointment with her, dropping the car off, and speaking with Mr. Lee. She said that the random guy left early and Mr. Lee wasn't available and that they had so many cars to work on: (EXCUSES - RED FLAG #3). This shop has too many RED FLAGS! I rarely, if ever, take time out of my hectic schedule to post a response, but if I could give NEGATIVE 10 STARS I would. The brakes on my daughter's car are critical, so I will have to look for a more reputable shop. DO NOT USE K&S AUTO REPAIR!!! And have a nice day. :-)

Update: I donβt know why this is categorized as a brake shop. They do comprehensive auto maintenance from engine to transmission just about everything including brakes. An excellent place for your auto maintenance and repairs. Make an appointment. Parking can be challenging. Try to park on the street first. Always busy. Just wait your turn. Professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. I think the lady at the desk starts at 11. You can still call during the business hours. They used to work on Saturdays before pandemic but now Monday thru Friday. Anyway call ahead with your auto questions.

I have been going to K&S for years. They were referred to me by my grandfather who always gave the best advice. Mr. Lee and his mechanics have been there for me and my vehicles countless times! The mechanics at K&S are not only knowledgeable but EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. They took the time to explain to me what was wrong with my car several times so that I could better understand the problems I was having. They have even answered questions for me that helped me fix MY OWN cars. The service they provide is far superior to any other shop I've ever worked with. It's honest and friendly at its core. I wish all auto shops were like K&S.

Quick and very reasonable prices. I got there and they serviced me right away. They were honest amd direct with work and pricing. I was very satisfied with their services. But make an appointment because they are usually booked. I recently purchased a Mercedes Benz and they did all the general repairs and maintenance for much less than what other auto shops quoted. The car is great condition running now, thanks to Kwon Lee (the master mechanic), Rum (the repair mechanic), and Ian (the office coordinator). All of my repairs were done in the same day.
