This was my first visit to Miller’s following the change of ownership to Mr. Derrek van den Hurk. I was previously unaware of the change of ownership, however, was pleasantly surprised by the same level of service I had previously experienced. I was provided an estimate for repairs, however, the actual cost came in lower than originally quoted. Highly recommend.

Great customer service. Thanks Derrick. I have to admit that I was a little apprehensive with new a group of people at Miller's. Although we had a mechanical issue after my Jeep was serviced, you and your mechanics found the issue and resolved the problem. I appreciate that you offered me a loaner vehicle until you resolved the problem and brought my Jeep to my residence. I am also appreciative that you offered me a free oil change and to assist on my windshield wiper fluid dispenser on my next visit for my inconvenience I am definitely coming back to Miller's. They continue to maintain and repair my 3 vehicles now for over 20 years. I'm thankful to say new owner Derrick continues the Miller's Automotive tradition of great customer service, nontechnical explanation of recommended repair work with a cost estimate, and if possible, a quick turnaround time estimate. If necessary, they offer a free ride (if possible) to and from the repair shop to my home. Their auto maintenance and repair prices are fair. They always provide a cost estimate before I approve the work to be done. I would recommend Miller's Automotive if you're looking for a great automotive repair shop.

Miller Automotive has excellent customer service & they are HONEST, which it is very hard to find an honest car mechanic. My husband took his Ford 150 Truck to Miller's once before for a tune up & other items & did a great job so after the Christmas Holiday, 1-2-24 due to failing the Smog Test he took it to them to check out his truck. He brought it in after work in the afternoon so they had to check it thoroughly over night. Since he works in Huntington Beach, they even gave him a nice clean FREE Toyota loaner so he could get home & go to work the next morning. They didnt waste any time & that same evening, 1-2-24, they called him back & said nothing was wrong with his truck & the Smog Test passed! Not only did they re-test & checked out his truck, they did NOT charge him for the loaner car or for thoroughly checking out his truck! Now who does that anymore?!! We want to highly recommend Miller's Automotive to everyone & to sincerely thank them! Sincerely - we appreciate you hard working mechanics!!

My parents always said there must be a special place down under for dishonest mechanics. Therefore, may there be a special place in heaven for everyone at Miller's Automotive! I recently took my Honda HRV to dealership for routine maintenance. Once there I was called by sales department wanting to buy my car. I replied "No thank you" knowing my car has a high resale value due it's very low mileage. Not long after telling sales department no, my service representative found many issues with my car. He used very scare tactic he could to convince me. At that moment I thought of the honest service I once received with Miller's Auto with a pervious car and called right there at the dealership. Sure enough not only did Derrick reassure me that it was impossible what the dealership said, but offered to fully inspect my car. Upon inspection only one issue was truly needed saving me a great deal of money. To anyone who is tired of dishonesty and overpaying for basic car maintenance, please consider Miller's Auto. For me, not only did they earn my business and respect but their special place in heaven.

First, let say Derrick is an extremely kind and polite man to do business with. Miller's Automotive was a referral from a friend years ago, and when I've needed help, Derrick was on it! I have an old Toyota and i wanted to have an evaluation of it mechanically because i didn't want to invest a lot of money in an old car. After the evaluation it wasn't a bad car after all, in fact an excellent car! I had Derrick repair a few things that he recommended and he gave a good price, and then knocked it down a little more for me. Awesome!!! Plus he gave me referrals, for auto painting and auto detailing which having an old car i really needed. I don't want to forget the convenience of borrowing one of their loaner cars while work was being done to my car, awesome +. I had a very pleasant experience. Starting with the phone call to your shop by accident. The customer service is impeccable and the prices are affordable for a single woman. It is important for me to be able to trust what the guy is saying on the other side of the counter. In this economy today, every dollar counts. Your shop was able to save me over $1000. The courtesy of the loaner car for me to get back & forth from work is unheard of these days even at the dealership you don't have that option. My mum and dad have been taking my mama's 1992 Toyota Corolla to Miller's for over 19 years! This Google review is coming up in her name, but actually, I'm her daughter and writing this review. Miller's has always provided honest, fair and excellent service to my mum's Corolla as well as any of our vehicles we've taken to them. Now that Derrick is the owner, he has continued to deliver this same top-notch, high quality service with friendliness, caring, integrity, professionalism and competency. Recently I needed to take my mama's car in for a couple of issues so that I can sell it and Derrick went above and beyond the call of duty, spending a lot of time and effort, with how he helped me out with fixing what needed to be done and for a very reasonable price. My husband and I took our 2009 Toyota Corolla to Miller’s Automotive for the first time for some repairs. The car itself was in pretty sorry shape had quite a bit of work needed, but they did a fabulous job and it drives like it’s new! They were so kind and communicative throughout the process and I was stunned to really see the quality of their work and how well the car handles now.
