Lee and Son turned my 2003 big block Chevy into a self-driving vehicle as long as I’m going straight. My brake pedal feels like a brick after they were serviced and all the little squeaks and tics are gone in my chassis.

Undeserved good old boy reputation from neighboring shops doing cross referrals. Wobbly steering wheel after alignment at high speeds, didn't wobble prior to. Had to wait an hour just to bring the car in despite having an appointment, and Lee changed the price on me after showing up, with no service or parts added. I would have just not returned, but I heard some gossip from a neighboring shop that just compelled me to write the review. Go down the street to Pep Boys and get a laser alignment for a better price. Or if you are a serious hot rodder/ tuner, West End Alignment in Gardena is the only way to go. No excuses, they will get it exactly where you want it without making you wait or changing the price on you. Well worth the drive if you spend a lot of money on tires. If you're going to spend over $100 on an alignment, do it right at West End.

Took my vintage Airstream motorhome to Lee & Son for front suspension and brake work after receiving an outlandishly high quote from elsewhere. I can only think of one other auto shop (Deaver Spring) that I'd recommend to anybody for any type of work. These guys not only know their stuff (and my rig is old), but also do fine work at reasonable rates. They give the impression that they're working on your stuff like it's their own. We took a seven-thousand-mile trip right after getting the motorhome back, and it drove beautifully. I hit a really bad hole in the road in Ohio along the way, so I'll have the rig back for Lee and Son to check out before our next trip. They are not a quick-in, quick-out budget shop, but they do it right.

Driving back from baja to Elizabeth lake where I live it was like a 200+ miles drive after off- roading in baja I felt my tires needed aligment so I googled several places they all said "ohh we only do by appointment" but then i called Lee & son's aligment and a lady answered the phone and I told her the story about my jeep and she said..well..we are busy and we mainly do it by appointment BUT let me talk to HIM and see what he says...so she came back and said...well...he said to stop by we will take a look at the jeep and see what we can do, so I got there I was close...showed up the lady who answered the phone was so nice in person too then I met "him" sorry I I didnt get any of their names lol...and he was also very nice...I liked that I didnt see anybody rushing there was a car or two they had to work on before me I have to say again that they were sooooo nice....all of them that even though im not local I would go back to have my cars fixed...to make a long story short I recommend this place to anybody my experience was actually the best I ever had and I have to say I have 7 cars and they all have tires and get serviced at pep boys my cars have those 3 year aligment contracts with pep boys but i didnt want to make an appointment or wait a day or two and I wish the service at pepboys was as good as the service I got here so.. Lee & Son Alignment Services I give you 1000 thumbs up a lot of A+'s you are all great!!!! Thanks for helping me today

Took my car in for an alignment, they are a busy shop and work by appointment, Work was done timely as promised. Shop is family run, they are direct and honest in my opinion. The truly understand suspension and alignment issues unlike most of the tire shops and general automotive repair places. If you looking for CHEAP you will get and receive that, if you want a quality alignment go see Lee

After living with a little wobble in my lowered 03' Suburban for the last 10 years, I decided it had to be fixed, a couple of shops would not even look at it, claiming it was modified, another shop told me it was too much work?, and 4 other shops aligned it and balanced the tires (22's) it was worse than ever, I was ready to completely rebuild the entire suspension. A friend recommended Lee & Son, it was kind of far away but I was tired of this, left it over night, Lee told be the tires were not balanced correctly. It's unbelievable, it's been 6 months now, and every time I get on the freeway I can't believe how smooth it rides. I'll never take a car that needs suspension anywhere else.

This was my first time using Lee & Son’s Alignment. I brought my modified JL in to have the alignment checked and the suspension , steering and chassis checked over prior to a trip. The employees were very professional, polite and knowledgeable. This isn’t a standard, bare bones alignment place. If you have a heavily modified vehicle with aftermarket suspension and steering this is where you want to bring it.

After replacing all four shocks and struts by myself on my 1992 Coupe de Ville, all wheels were inherently badly misaligned. Researching alignment shops online brought me to Lee & Son, and I decided to give them a go. Boy, did I make the right choice! I dropped my car off first thing in the morning, when they opened. They took most of the day to get to it, but I soon realized that this was a small price to pay for quality work. Throughout the day, I called two times to check up on the car (which in hindsight, was probably annoying to the staff), but Lee stayed patient and completely transparent the whole time. The initial charge was $120 for a four-wheel alignment, but I did such a poor job of lining up the wheels that an extra $20 per wheel was warranted to get them to where their position could register on the machine (I was told that their machines can register up to three degrees of offset, but as you can see by my "before" photo, it's clearly worse than that). When I got it back, my de Ville drove smoothly, straight as an arrow, and the steering wheel was straight up and down. I took it on a 107-mile road trip after with no steering or suspension issues whatsoever. All in all, I had a great experience at Lee & Son. The cost was well worth the service I received, and the staff were very personable and professional. Just don't go here expecting quick, in-and-out service. They're very busy and take their time to do a thorough job.

Wow, what a place. It's not fancy, and they're VERY busy, but I couldn't find anyone in Orange County to work on my 1971 Chevelle convertible until I called these guys. They did a VERY thorough job. The kind of job I would have done if I was younger. If you're looking for someone to work on your car like they're working their own, this is the place for you.

This is a top flight alignment shop. The are old school in the way they do business. Professional, but kind of like going to your buddies house to work on your hot rod ( only at a higher level of expertise). They are well known in the specialty automotive sector. Doing hot rods, custom cars, lowriders, and trucks. He gave me solid advice on why gearing my car to low is a negative for my style of driving. Also, I wanted it a little lower in back to match my dropped spindles, his wife joked that he has a tough time with that... being a racer at heart. Nice people, solid work ethic, professional work, easy to talk to.. and if you don't know cars, trustworthy.
