Horrible experience working with this company. Multiple inconsistencies here at this shop deeming them untrustworthy and unreliable. My vehicles miles were rolled back from 91,543 to a lower mileage ( they blamed this on it being an old vehicle), on the day my vehicle was “ready for pick up” the windshield was not glued properly (told me they were doing me a favor for taking in my car given they don’t make OEM parts anymore) and wasn’t turning on along with a leak. The second time it was “ready” air was seeping into the vehicle from the windshield (they didn’t check if it was on properly TWICE), headlights weren’t working, and my roof rack was missing buttons ??. From my experience this business does not conduct honorable work. The workmanship is poor, the windshield work is poor and seems like they just went glue crazy. Juan, the person in charge of my vehicle, only made excuses to every inconsistency to the vehicle and blamed it on vehicle age. 98 Jeep 91k miles. The manager was more helpful however called these issues minor. No. Do your job correctly. Don’t do favors, do your job right especially if it’s not going to look anything like the original. I do not recommend this business. Also oil stains on the outside of the vehicle, dried glue on parts that shouldn’t have any like the dash? Unreliable!! Car was finished once more. They “found” my button in someone’s ziplock bag and put it back on, however they didn’t even properly put it on, they glued it into the socket! Couldn’t even use the roof rack anymore. Broken button!!! Stay away!

I was denied at 2 other shops because of previous damage but they accepted me. Their customer service is amazing, they were even playing with my 15 month old. They took my insurance and took care of all the paperwork. I couldn't be happier with the repair, they even vacuumed and buffed the car when they were done.

I was very unsatisfied with the work that they did I had to leave my car for longer because of how bad of a job they did. Please don’t listen to your insurance and take it here I have dents in my car that where not their before, broken parts, paint job was so bad, they put used parts and you can tell they have been used because they have scratches on them, paint missing in some parts of my car because they scratched it.

Ok so this is a insurance repair. 1st never go with the other person's insurance. Have your insurance deal with them because they won't approve everything that needs to be approved and with your insurance they have to. My back passenger door on the accident side didn't make any sound before and my passenger side speakers or volume is not working. They told me that insurance didn't approve my door problem cause it's a cosmetic thing and that are old. But the fact that they are old don't make that they would not last awhile still. The accident is what made it happen sooner. So, I'm going to see what I can do. So I got my car and for the amount of time they had it and what it was... I think it was way too much time. But whatever they charge insurance an arm an a leg but whatever that's on them they both abuse others. Fix up places abuse insurances and insurance do it to others. Sad, cause some people that do deserve compensated don't. Anyway, I'll see if they take care of my radio speakers. Then I can rated it better or worst. Mercury insurance is good when you have it but worst if is the other person's so always go with your insurance if you can. And customer service is good here but the fixing is a lil concern.

See the pictures. The more I look at the worst it gets. When I first got my car back, the first thing I noticed parts were not reinstalled properly. I know my car well so I reinstall them myself. Then I also notice overspray on my window, windshield and rear bumper. I took the car back to get that fixed. Its been raining recently and I finally got a good look at my car in the sun. The first thing noticed is the color match looks worst in the sun. It is not an exact color match. I also noticed the lower half of the door wasn't fully covered with the paint. I can still see the sealer/primer through the clearcoat. I also found more overspray on the window. The Service Advisor is great, however the body shop team needs improvement. I no longer trust them with my car. I understand my car is older, but it is well maintained. I don't expect perfection, but there is a certain expectation of a descent car repair.

Nathan at Crash Champions delivered the best repair service I’ve experienced in 22 years of driving. My Corvette C8 came back looking showroom new—flawless work, better than before the crash. The craftsmanship, paint match, and panel fit were absolutely perfect. The value and estimates was spot on, nothing was over charged. Where do I start!? I drove all around OC and made calls all day , trying to get some one to replace a bumper bracket and get light bulbs replaced , with some pricing me well over 150 , and to be scheduled by appointment for a later day , when I had parts in hand and just needed maybe 30 mins to 1 hour of labor . Crash champions and there team took care of me with straight forward and honest work , but it’s not just the facility or the repairs that made me write this review it’s the individuals that really where the stars LUIS up front and LUICO the tech did it for free with absolutely nothing out of pocket , mind blowing ?!!! Right , from the phone call ,to the interaction , they put a future customer first , I was in and out in 20 mins , no matter how much I wanted to pay them they didn’t care about the money but just a happy and hopefully a returning customer , which they do have , so all I can do is at least write a 5/5 star review and obviously go back for any future repairs , this is the shop you want for fast, reliable , caring and efficient service no other shop is like this and no other crew is this caring , crash champions of Fullerton has such an amazing and caring team they put me and my needs first with no hesitation, one call and one time going they have truly made this my collision center of choice ! Top notch collision repair shop. My car was damaged by a hit and run driver. Went thru Insurance and dropped it off for repair. Recieved text message alerts on the progress and car was repaired quicker than expected. Would highly recommend Crash Champions for my car repair needs.
