No oil !!! Are you serious. Pepboys will Sabotage your vehicle when you voice your opinion on customer service I decided to check my dip stick because the last time I took my car in, my car was missing one qt of oil so before I drove off the lot I check the dipstick and to my surprise and technician I argued with put 0 oil in my car and now After that gave me my money back and fill the car with oil A-day later I have check engine lights due to sensors by the oil Pan

Had issues with my car starting and decided to take it in to Pep boys. Normally I don’t go to big name shops because I always get the sense I’m going to be over charged and upsold , but decides I would give it a try. Made an appointment online which was super easy. When I arrived I was greeted by Rogers. Super friendly and make me at ease that they were going to take care of me. Had to leave my car over night which they assured they would bring into the shop at night so it was safe. Next day I got a call and they detailed to me that it was a simple battery issue. So I had them change the battery and get an oil change while I was at it. The prices were right around where I expected it to be and Roger made sure to explain the cost before work was done. Over all it was a pleasant experience. Luckily it was an easy fix.

I had the best experience with Pep Boys just now with my oil change and inspection. Fernando helped me at the desk and was very professional. He knows his stuff. There was a big rush rig he after I came and he handled everything like a champ. Brian was amazing with his communication skills as well and very sincere with work. I really feel like I’m in good hands here. You guys have a new customer. Thank you very much for all you guys do!

The staff was unprofessional and the customer service was poor. I was in the premises early for my appointment, but they delayed me by 45 minutes. Even though I could see that they were not busy, they continued to ask me to print the certificate and sign it. They did not provide any explanation when I first informed them of my reason for being there. Their customer service could be improved. Now, I understand why appointments at this location are easy to schedule and are always open.

Fast quick inspection. Priced best compared to other places. Only thing to remember is to print your own forms and bring it before the inspection. Wish thats already taken care of by PEP BOYS. It was a mission to get it printed and come back

Dropped off my car and Jessica was fast to help me looking up my online reservation. Took about an hour and when I went to pick up my car the technician was polite enough to help me load my tires in my car. Great service from the techs and the customer service rep. Highly recommend. Plus got a great deal on the Kimho Tires and it may be extra for the warranty but worth it. The way I see is there's more Pep boys than Costco's so I can always get help.

One of the best customer service we've had and we didn't have to pay. We went here to check if they can help us remove the error message in the cluster dashboard. We're scheduled to come back the following day but the manager heard us and said he can have that looked into that very moment. Everythingvwas taken cared of in that single visit. The issue was that they were understaffed and I waited three hours for a simple oil change. When my appointment time was 12pm They did not reach my car and begin working on it until 2pm. I was able to leave after 3 hrs of waiting, my issue is not with the staff. It is with the management. There are not enough mechanics

I bought 4 new tires with a Road Hazard Warranty in Feb 2022. 2 days ago my low tire light came on & I noticed the nail/screw tire. This being the 3rd Pep Boys giving me reasons for why they aren't able to help unless I'm to leave car with them for awhile. The techs had to finish cars in bay 1st then had to break for lunch for an hr & at same time before they could patch tire for me.? I don't know why the supervisor who was telling me all this couldn't do the job himself seeing how he was only busy with ringing up other customers charges. My advice is to not buy your tires from pep boys w/Warranty for it just seems like nobody can be bothered with a service having appreciation for the money already spent $700. Then to top it off I asked if they could match or close to an oil change price given from another Pep Boys I would have them do an oil change as well. He told me that they charge $90 & up for oil changes. I ques price being for Conventional & he said they don't do Conventional only High Mileage Oil Changes What kinda crock is that?

My tires were bald and I needed new tires. This auto shop did an amazing job! Jovany helped me with all the criteria I was looking for in new tires. He went out of his way to special order my specific tire size with no hassle. They were fast and finished in an appropriate amount of time. Would definitely recommend this auto shop to anybody that needs auto maintenance done. 👍🏻

Took my car here for new tires, they all wore down within a year!!! Then I take it to Costco down the street and decide to pay 1000$ for real tires and they won't even touch the car because pepboys mechanics tighten all 20 of my lug nuts so tight they swell and now they don't come off. Oh, and I forgot... They must of lost one of my lug nuts because there is a different one. My car was very new Ford fusion energy titanium. I've had better luck in the last 20 years going to Walmart.
