Went here to have my car fixed. Blown serpitine belt. I talked to Terry at 7.30 he explained everything, turned me over to one of his mechanics. Bam 2.30 done. Old parts returned reasonable labor 47.50 hour no minimum. It don't get any better than these guys. He's now my new mechanic.On second visit replaced water pump, change oil 420.00 out the door. The oil changes here are half priced compared to anyone else. The pump repair can max out at over 500.00 bucks. This makes them one of the lowest prices obtainable.Well back again for a sensor failure, out in 5 hours hums like a kitten.

Our family has taken several cars to Terry's over the past 8-10 years. Terry and Matt always provide excellent advice and keep repairs to what is required. I have received tips on care to avoid future expenses. I honestly don't know what we would do without them. One occasion, I thought there was an issue with my starter, they had the car for a couple of days and found nothing wrong. Gave the car back to me, with a scratch on the head. "It works fine, not sure what happened when you tried to start it" - (It never gave me the problem again). Suffice it to say, the industry is not known for sending you home without a bill.

brought in my 96 jeep. paid about 60$ for diagnosis of a no start. was told the engine was seized. couldn't get any more info. they recommended that I scrap the car. turns out the starter was bad. to be fair, a part of the starter had broken off and may have been stopping the flywheel but when I got the car back, it was clearly not seized. very disappointed

Genuinely the best mechanic I’ve ever been to. I’ve been having the same mystery issue of my car being dead if I don’t drive it every 12 hours for well over a year now. I’ve taken it to three separate dealerships, another mechanic shop, and none of them could actually find out what was wrong. Terrys found out what it was very quick and kept me updated every step of the way. They also made the effort to explain what it means and what they’re going to do to fix it. They didn’t even charge me for the two days my car was with them to figure out what was wrong with it. They ordered the part, installed it, programmed it and let me know they’re ordering a new wire for one that was burnt up. They even stayed a bit late after opening so I could pick up my car since my uber wasn’t going to make it on time. As a young girl that doesn’t know a ton about cars, having an auto shop for once not try to scam me, not treat me like trash, and not sneak bullshit on my bill is SOOO refreshing. 110% recommend Terry’s if you want quality work for you buck.
