This place sell your email address and phone number! First time went there 2 weeks ago and my mailbox has been bombed with car insurance spam email! I sat in front of my computer all day just to delete those trash! Never go back to this place!

Excellent customer service. Matt and his team had the accurate diagnosis on my car from the initial phone call I made, before even seeing the car itself. They took it to the emissions testing site and passed my vehicle so I did not have to make the trip out there again after I failed previously. No nonsense, all business--very pleased with my experience at Fulton-Desplaines.

Matt was very professional. Brought my daughter’s VW Passat to get check engine light dealt with because it would not pass emissions test. Had several shops work on it before and was just becoming a game of seeing how many parts to replace and never got fixed. Matt was able to diagnose it and got it quickly to pass emissions test. Very pleased with the outcome. Great job guys.
