I would definitely recommend this shop to anybody that needs auto body work. The service, quality, fast turn around, friendly staff, and attention to detail are above and beyond what other places offer. A big shout out to Francisco who went out of his way and helped me settle my claim and to the mechanics who gratuitously reapplied my broken bumper, that I kept on the side of my house from previous damage to my car… just out of exceptional service and kindness which was not part of the damage I took it into the shop for. I can’t say enough of good things about the staff and service here. I am so grateful and appreciative that I was given the opportunity to get my car fixed at this shop.I rate this place one of the best in the Bay Area. I could only rate with a five star review, but honestly this shop rates a cosmos of stars in my book. Thank you to all that work at this gem of a place. Sincerely, a loyal customer for life! The first time I picked up my Audi the back bumper wasn’t placed correctly, the suspension was off and the paint was dripping. if I wouldn’t have taken the time to look at the car they would have never let me know. Also since It was the end of the month they wanted to get all of the cars out of the shop to meet a quota which led to such a rushed and messy job. They let me know I could come back next week at any time to get It fixed And when I did they said they were too busy and I needed to wait. I came back 3 weeks later and left the car for a full day for them to fix nothing and tell me nothing was wrong. I don’t recommended this place at all. They lack communication and attention to detail.

My side mirror was torn off while it was parked. Gave G&C a call. They said to bring it in for an estimate. They looked at it got my VIN #, took my name and number. Said they would look for the part and get back to me with an estimate. I foolishly waited a week and finally called them back. Explained what happened and the person who answered put me on hold for a long time. Finally came back on the line and said the manager would call me back. Guess what, no return call. I took my car somewhere else and it was fixed in a few hours time. They clearly lack communication skills. I would not recommend wasting your time here. If it was too small of a job for them, they could have told me that instead of wasting my time.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I had body work completed here and my paint has started to chip. I have been asking them to follow up with me since February. Every time I call they always say” well get back to you next week” it’s been 7 months. This place is horrible
