Got my model y repaied at this location. They comunicate well, and repaired the damage to the original condition. I took off 1 star since the trim panel on lift gate wasnt fully in place, showed lack of full reassably during repair. Another star due to dirt/scuff marks that didnt get cleaned on inside trim of the repaired area.

This review is an at-fault driver insurance (GEICO) repair estimate process for a Tesla. I'll start with the positives. Pros: The staff was cordial and patient (somewhat). You can get an appt easily and promptly. You can always reach someone by phone. Cons: - Inaccurate hook. During my initial call with a male staff, he said it was the best to go with them since they are GEICO and Tesla approved, without mentioning the complications I experienced shortly after (detailed below). - Your interest comes last. Apparently they can adjust their labor rates up, and voluntarily reduce the GEICO approved OEM part rates included in the estimate of records, so the only loser out of this process is YOU. - Wasted time. Their process mentioned above was not explained clearly up front, leading to wasted time and starting over. Maybe this is how this process works?! Anyway -- it was confusing and a lesson learned for me so I'm sure it will help a lot of people here.

Tesla authorized place, took care of my bumper when it was, well, bumped. They did it right on the first try, color match is great and proper multicoat pearl white sparkle like the original. The rear enders AAA insurance paid for an enterprise Tesla model 3 car rental for the two weeks until it was all done. G&c organized for enterprise to pick up the rental when I picked up my car, super good experience at no cost to me.

I don't understand the point of having an appointment for an estimate if the customer is still going to be waiting 15 minutes after the appointment time and was the first of only 2 customers waiting. Aside from this, the service was not bad. The lady doing my appraisal was very nice and thorough which I appreciated. The entire process of getting appraised was fairly quick. I have to point out that the parking lot is very small with limited spaces and no additional places to park when full, I had to park in a handicap spot because there was literally nowhere else to park that wouldn't be in the way of cars entering/exiting.

I would strongly caution anyone considering this shop. My car was rear-ended and brought here for insurance-covered repairs. While the body damage was repaired, I picked up my car only to find a massive crack across my windshield that was NOT there before. The shop’s own intake photos confirm the glass was not cracked when I dropped it off. When I raised the issue, instead of taking responsibility, the staff claimed that a “chip” on the glass must have caused the crack and refused to fix it. At no point did they notify me of any chip when they inspected the car, and yet now they’re using that excuse to wash their hands of the damage that happened while the vehicle was in their care. This is completely unacceptable. A reputable repair shop should stand behind their work and carry garage keeper’s insurance precisely for situations like this. Instead, they chose to argue, deflect, and leave me with a large, unsafe crack in my windshield. If you value honesty, accountability, and professionalism, I’d recommend taking your vehicle somewhere else. A repair shop that refuses to acknowledge obvious damage that occurred on their watch cannot be trusted to treat customers fairly.
