I hate scratches on a jet black paint job. I’ve been here 3 times. 1 vandalism 1 some idiot hit my rear bumper at a red light being on there phone and last time random scratches on the car. Was suppose to be 5 days and got me in n out in 3. Veronica kept me up today and the detail guys did a good job also. Appreciate the fast turn around

Ryan was point of contact for service. Front desk staff was courteous and professional. Our vehicle had truck lid and rear bumper damage. The weekly communication was on point with updates. There was several setbacks with parts and corrections but that's understandable because nothing can be perfect and everything requires patience. Ryan kept me in loop and got all the parts and corrections worked out. The shop is awesome. Thanks so much for taking care of our vehicle. Highly recommend. GOD BLESS G &C Auto Body.

I have taken my brand new Tesla there twice already this year and both times have been phenomenal. Great friendly staff who have always given me realtime updates to make sure I was well informed of the status of my vehicle. I love that I can communicate via text message with my advisor and that all documents were electronic. This made it easy to get in and out of the shop very quickly. Really no complaints here. Hopefully I won’t need them again, but if I do, I would definitely trust them to take care of my car again.

I recently had my passenger side rearview mirror repaired at G&C Auto Body, and I couldn’t be more impressed. The service was incredibly professional from start to finish. Andrew was awesome, super friendly and kept me updated throughout the whole process. The repair was quick, and the price was very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the work. I didn’t feel like I was being overcharged, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend G&C Auto Body for anyone needing repairs. I’ll definitely be going back if I need anything in the future!

I have a wonderful experience, bringing my car into GNC autobody in Fairfield. Very professional Veronica did whatever she said she was gonna do and was very professional and accurate on all the details. I had one little glitch. Something wasn’t done right on the circuitry of my trunk because I have a Tesla so I went to the GNC auto body in Lodi where I was working and Matthew Just was like an angel appearing to help. He said he thinks he knows what the problem is. it’s a circuit. They didn’t complete the circuit when they put the trunk together so he took it and in a few minutes fix it and it was working perfectly so a big shout out to Matthew and GNC Lodi. I will be back and I will recommend everybody to go there. And by the way, this was at 5 PM on Wednesday and he did not say oh we’re closing it’s late he just went and helped me immediately knowing that I was in trouble and I think that is so admirable as you don’t find good service these days.

My 2018 Tundra Truck suffered paint and dent damage throughout right passenger side. Chipping the windows and windshield. All had to be replaced. Homeless arse through rocks. Jason and his crew did an excellent job making the truck look like new. This is the second time taking my truck to his facility. I was referred by a friend. His crew paid attention to detail and very happy with the results.

Great communication and service. Bradley did a great job explaining the process of repairs going through insurance after an accident. If you need your car repaired through insurance I definitely recommend calling Bradley for a quote.

The work done to my car at G&C was amateur at best. First of all my paint looked like someone tossed sand at it, then painted it. The outside door trim did not line up my seat belt did not work and my door panel was loose. When I brought the paint up to the GM he simply just made excuses about these things happening in the paint booth never excepting responsibility. I expressed to him issues like this should be corrected before customers pick up their car.

My experience at G&C auto body was fantastic! I went there and got taken care of right away. My car was rear ended pretty bad on a freeway exit. I took my car to G&C auto body because my dad recommended me to it and I am so happy I checked it out. The repair time was very fast! Ryan was in contact with me the throughout the repair process, updating me on what was going on. He provided great customer service. I would 100% recommend to go here and ask for Ryan :)

Ohh, my lord love the duck.They did an amazing job on my car. I can't believe it looks brand new like nothing ever happened to it. Took forever to get my vehicle Not only that they took my car to seven flags car washed witch is a machine car wash, which damages vehicles scratched up my vehicle multiple places try to tell me I’ve been had those scratches and I have pictures all around. Bad experience would not recommend anybody. Should’ve asked me first if I wanted my car to be taken to seven flags to get cleaned had multiple vehicles damaged by that car wash !!!

I love the workmanship that G&C Auto Bidy does. They had fixed my Mini Cooper before and was so impressed looked brand new. So when I was in a horrible accident where a new driver took out the whole right side of my car that was less than a year old. I was so upset. But I knew how G&C work that’s where I wanted to take my new car. During the repairs I was kept updated by Jason who was always on top of my questions the whole time. . When I finally got it back you wouldn’t even know that it was in an accident. I want to say the whole staff is great.
