Just called, the lady who answered did not even greet me. I asked if they can take an oil change and the lady just said no. I asked when, then she said “not today. Ok?” I don’t know if this one is affiliated with the other one, but that’s no way to run a business. Explain something!

Do not let them touch your vehicle... Warning!!!! I was Over Charged, Their service is over priced save your money and do not go here. There are many reputable smog places in Fairfield and unfortunately,, this is not one of them...

Went here for smog fail diagnosis, I was here once prior and so was my husband we got a $97 diagnosis cost the first two times and then $150 the next time for the same car. Unsure as to why he changed the price. There is a language barrier so he was impossible to speak to over the phone and then when going on he told us car was smelly and very dirty and that it would have to be cleaned before he could perform the diagnosis and repairs due to allergies. We also were told both times that the car would have to be left there overnight for the diagnosis alone, which might be normal. Our car was messy probably due to the fact that my sister had the car for over a month, it didn't smell to me but whatever. Due to that experience I would not go here again especially for CAP repairs. They must be rich and don't need business.

I have been coming here for my smog test for the past six years. the auto technician"the owner" made a error in putting wrong information and milage odometer miles. now carfax history report is reporting wrong information. I dropped by the shop and he told me I had to pay for his mistake, what the f.......k. if you don't want headches don't go there. like my boss tells me, takes a lot to gain a customer and a second to loose one.

Besides the price, (which is competitive), they did a wonderfull job, mom and pop shop, quick cheap smog, great repair work. They got my lemon car (Ford Taurus) up and running and smogable when no one else could. I highly recommend them to any one with car trouble, 100 dollar diagnostic fee was well worth it. They dint lie to me, didnt price gouge, and got it done in a timely manner.

Such a great automotive repair shop! I’ve been coming here for the last 20 years to have my vehicles smog done and repairs. The shop is run by a husband and wife, they have always taken care of my vehicles, they are an exceptional team. I’m happy to support small business and I always refer my friends and family to this particular shop.
