Had the Worst experience! Picked up the car to find it had No Horn! Signal light bulbs had not been reinstalled! Too many issues to list here. When I attempted to contact Richie he completely ignored or evaded me by phone and email.

I was a potential customer I needed about $3000 In repairs but their customer service SUCKS I'VE BEEN TALKED TO BETTER BY A TWO YEAR OLD. I'm not a child and my money is as green as anyone's very bad business wouldn't recommend to my dog....

Best auto shop experience I've ever had was through G & E! My car looks beautiful and the staff was wonderful. Excellent customer service and they even finished ahead of schedule.

Well my sons vehicle was taken there after an accident approximately 3 weeks ago. He was giving a fair quote for repairs and also was told the car would be done within a week. So far its been 3 weeks and its been nothing but the god old run around. My wife went there with him because my son just turned 18 and I don't know if this Ritchie guy even exists! Im beginning to believe there's been more sightings of bigfoot than this man Absolutely horrible service and I could accept that if there was better communication with his customers. Im going to go meet these today and get the real story. If im not satisfied im going to demand the deposit back and take the vehicle somewhere that is honest and prompt. I do not believe in begging people to take my money! I refuse to wait in line at a restaurant because again im not going to beg someone to take my money. There are business classes available and maybe this half arse company should look into attending few. This will be the last time me or my friends or family will ever go there. As far as "free" coffee goes, ill buy my own for $1.00 and just fix the freakin car!!!!

I would never take my car there again they had my car for over three weeks never put pinstripe back on damaged side never put hood emblem back my abs light is still on my seatbelt is a different color my headlights face the street I cannot even see at night. I wish someone will see this and maybe thy will contact me n fix it's not go there. I was good friends with Richie but he did me wrong

Township towed car there after accident. Told owner I was going to get car repaired at different body shop. Owner was angry and was pushing for me to let him do the work. I persisted and sald I wanted car repaired at my preferred body shop. When toe truck came to pickup car they found it keyed down the whole side of the car that was not damaged from accident. I questioned owner about it and he denied everything and was very rude. If I could give 0 stars I would. I am telling everyone I know to stay away from this body shop. Don't go there!

My car was towed to G&E after I got into an accident. I work in Lawrenceville but live in PA and was a long way from home and by myself. Since their tow truck driver was the only one on, he couldn’t initially commit to taking me all the way home. While I was at the shop making my calls to the insurance company and AAA, the guys went out of their way to make me comfortable, give me water, and even offered to have someone run to get me food. Then, after finding out my insurance wouldn’t pay for a rental and AAA gave me a 2 hour window (or more) to pick my up and tow my vehicle home, the owner at the shop called in another tow truck driver to cover them so the original driver that brought me in could take me the 60 miles home and drop my car off at my local shop. They took it upon themselves to do this to help me during a stressful time and for that I’m very grateful. These guys are the best! THANK YOU G&E!!

Got into an accident made me tow my car there. Ok. fine. Insurance said they wanted to do it at a PACE facility so i had to get it released. Did that. They closed early that day and charged me a storage fee even they they were closed... The next day I called and argued they didn't budge and the dispatcher charlie was extremely rude. I tried getting it towed that day he charged me for 2 storage fee days. I was angry as hell. Again argued they just hung up. I asked when they were open until. They said five. My tow truck guy got there around 330 and they were closing. He was still able to get it out of the yard but G and E consistently lied to me. Whatever you do. Don't get your car towed here. Ever. They do terrible work from what I have seen as well.

DO NOT GO HERE. I was in an accident on Friday. We were told they would have someone look at it that afternoon and let us know if the car could be fixed. Called them Saturday - the technician wasn't in, he'd look at it Monday. Called Monday, technician wasn't in. Called Tuesday - finally got somewhere. We went back on Wednesday to get the plates and my belongings from the car. They tried making us pay a storage fee ($35/day) for the time wasted waiting for THEM to look at the car or forfeit getting any money from junking my car. ALSO, they made us pay for the towing services, despite having AAA. Absolutely absurd. They are your typical mechanics. Say they'll do something in a specified amount of time, then make you wait twice as long for any results. I will be reporting them to AAA and the Better Business Bureau. Avoid this place like the plague.

My car was towed to this shop after my accident by AAA. I did not have collision insurance so I ended up letting this shop to fix my car. The owner charged me $7000 to fix the front end after many delays lasted more than 7 weeks. The first day I took home the car, it broke down on road. This back and forth continued about 5 or 6 times. Each time I had to call AAA to have my car towed back to the shop. After half year, it seemed all ok then I found the AC was not working. The first time they fixed it. However, the second time when I did not AC, they charged $400 to fix it. The last blow is that 4 weeks ago, while I was driving, I saw smoke coming from under the hood. I took my car to the dealer. They found out that the radiator was bad. So I have to spend about $500 to fix it. Since the radiator was part of the work this shop did on my car, I went to the owner asking for reimbursement. After 3 weeks of waiting, he was going to give me $179 for the part. When I asked for labor cost reimbursement, the owner went super angry. He cursed me and tore up the check of $179, shouted at me with abusive language. He ended up not covering any of my cost due to his poor work.

Terrible experience, my wheel flew off and AAA towed it there stating they won't charge me, the next day i called the owner asking about the car and he was yelling for no reason and wanted to know about the pay other than the repairs, this man said he'll repair it for 4,000 for brand new parts and 2,000 for used parts. He tells me my suspension is completely bent and when i went to check, i did not see anything wrong but the studs destroyed. I ask him what was bent and he tells me the suspension but i wanted to be more specific (sway bars, shocks, etc.) In which his only answer was the suspension and on top of that he still charged 145 for the storage fee. I took it to my own mechanic he repaired it for less than a thousand and this man tried to charge me more and cant tell me what's broken.

I would highly recommend this auto body shop. Ritchie is thoroughly honest and professional. My rear bumper paint job didn't get done very well the first time due it being really cold in the winter, I called them back in summer and they kept their promise and fixed it really well. I appreciate their service, hard work and honesty! Thumbs Up!

Our SUV needed a new bumper. After getting a first estimate, I was referred to G & E. Their estimate was nearly 50 percent lower, and they got the job. We picked up the car today and the bumper is in showroom condition. We dealt with Rich, and he was straightforward in his approach and easy to deal with. The other employees at the shop were good, too. If I need future body work, I'll come back.

Horrible experience. Don't know what these guys do in here. Had my car for 3 months and didn't do anything to it. Come to find out they sealed my hood shut and took the wire out so I can't even open my hood and get oil changes. Brought my car to a mechanic friend who said they went out of their way to make matters worse for me. Noe it's costing me alot more money than anticipated. Never bring my car back to these guys again. They don't work, hang around, anf give you an attitude when you confront them. Go to bob hope up the road. Much more honest people. Never lay a foot in. This place again!!!
