I had an appointment because my engine light was on. I was referred through my car warranty. The technician, Ivan, checked out my car and explained the cause. He said that he didn’t have the equipment to fix my car. He also stated that the repair was a recall that was recently posted and that I should take the car to the dealer and have them correct it. I was truly grateful for the honesty and information.

Awful customer service. I went to get my rear indicator light replaced after work (around 6pm) and I was told there was no availability to get it done at that moment and I should come back same time next day. So next day I came back same time. The same guy was there, went outside to see my vehicle and said it was the brake light that needed replacing and he had to order the part. It took him less than 2mins to diagnose. I asked if this was something that could have been done the day prior because now I would have to return a 3rd time. All he said was, he was too busy. This was a huge waste of my time. I went somewhere else same evening and they replaced my brake light in 10 minutes.

I've been getting my car serviced here for years. Today, I took it in because of a diagnostic report I received from the dealer suggesting I needed front brakes immediately.The staff checked and the brakes were fine. They actually said, "replacing your brakes would be taking your money". I am so encouraged that there is still honest people in the world. If you want great service and honesty, Monro is your place!

I brought my vehicle into Monro Auto Center for a four wheel aligjnment and was very impressed with the overall experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and professional. I came for an oil change vs. going to my Kia dealership today. I appreciate the mechanic Ivan who serviced and inspected my car and William who kept me up to date on what my car needed (or didn’t need). He was very honest and kind. What I didn’t like is how Bill (the district manager who so happened to be in today) spoke to the other employees. Bill , it wouldn’t hurt to be more kind when speaking. God bless you all.

The service I received yesterday, 2/18/25, was top tier!!! William, the store manager, went above and beyond with helping me understand what was going on with my car as well as getting the best deal possible with all of the work I needed. I am so thankful for the time and patience he took in assisting me. A lot of times places tend to take advantage of females but not here!!! I would recommend people to go here because they are honest. This other Place tried to stiff me at a $2000 for a problem that wasn't even there, but these guys were honest with me. I cannot express enough gratitude. I even tried to offer them lunch for being so kind and they didn't want it. God's got a blessing WITH YOUR NAME ON IT

Manager had my car for 2 days for an oil change and to replace the break line. When I went to pick it up not only did he have a bit of an attitude the oil filter wasn’t even changed and he tried to overprice me on breaks and rotors charging 1200 and I called another place that charges half that price. I will never be going here again ever.

I got my tires done at Monro last week, and I just want to give a shout out to Ray & Ivan! They were professional, got the job done FAST!! I hit a bump in the road and Ray the store manager helped out and it was smooth sailing!! Not only were Ray & Ivan great with me, I watched how they interacted with the other customers and it was just great to see!! There was a guy in the store and unfortunately, his car was having transmission issues & the poor guy was not havin the best day & Ivan tried to help him with his issues as best as he could!! To me, Ray & Ivan genuinely cared & wanted to help him out to the best of their ability!! Whoever owns Monro’s just know you have a GREAT TEAM running your store!!
