Awesome experience do not hesitate to take your car to this shop! The staff was on top of communication keeping me informed about the status of my car. I was going through insurance so I expected a long wait but my car was ready in a few days time and even sooner than they originally estimated! My car looks brand new. Lucy and Chelsea at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. I will be using their services in the future!

I really appreciate you guys. I was under a lot of stress both the ladies at front desk made it as easy as possible. I was there less than 15 minutes with a rental ready to pick me up that I can still go to work while they fix the damage on my car . I didn’t feel stressed out with them having my car. The ladies at the desk are very nice and very efficient with things. I needed work done for my drives back side body and the mechanic saw that my front caliber was messing bolts which was causing a noise. Since I have two kids, they knew that they couldn’t leave it like that for safety purposes. They order the bolts and don’t charge me for the parts or the time. Awesome people there. I appreciate everything they did for me there. Definitely would recommend if you need body work done.

The Team at Trenton CARSTAR on South Olden in Hamilton are EXCELLENT—professional, friendly, customer-service oriented and great at what they do! From day-one after the hit-and-run accident I was in when Chelsea assessed the safety of my vehicle to drive while waiting for the police report and insurance details to be processed to booking the actual body work. Lucy was great with updates and check-ins both by phone and text. There was a seamless and hassle-free experience between my insurance carrier, CARSTAR, and the Hamilton Enterprise rental office, that truly made the challenges of juggling the details of insurance, getting the body-work done, and my own busy work schedule EASY! And the actual work by the team in the body shop was FLAWLESS! My truck looks better than ever and when I picked it up it was brilliantly cleaned inside and out. Carstar was the shop recommended by my insurance company, and now I can certainly see why. They do top notch work and the office is staffed by 2 ladies who can teach a course in Customer Service. Someone hit my rear bumper in a parking lot and unfortunately didn’t leave a note. The damage was covered under the collision provision of my auto insurance. I contacted my insurance company (NJ Manufacturers) and they had me contact Carstar directly. The adjuster for the insurance company, Jill O’Connor was very responsive and helpful, and she gave me the information so I could get the repairs done by Carstar. My first contact was with Lucy, who was exceptional. She walked me through the process and we made arrangements for me to drop my car off. I did so the following Monday and Lucy was ready with all the paperwork. At this point I met Sara, who examined the damages, came up with the estimate and basically took over from there. Like Lucy., Sara was incredibly helpful and friendly. Again, these 2 ladies know how to treat customers. I can’t say enough good things about them! My car was ready in a few days, and the shop did a terrific job. Summing it all up, I wholeheartedly recommend Carstar because of their excellent customer service, and the quality and timeliness of their work
