Don't take your car here. Took my car to get a part installed. When I got it back, it had a leak (unrelated to the original reason to visit) that wasn't there before. After a lot of money and dropping it off 2 more times, leak wasn't fixed and my wheel was misaligned. Took the car once more to get it aligned. Only to be crooked again in the opposite direction. Basically, I paid to have my car damaged by this mechanic. 4 visits and my car issues weren't fixed.

I was so nervous to give this place a try based on the reviews of the previous company! I’m so glad I did because they did an excellent job with my car! The owner is very welcoming and friendly! I love his attitude and knowledge. And being a woman most car places try to get over on you but I didn’t get those vibes from this shop! Anything he told me I needed done he backed it up with information online and pictures! I’m very appreciative of the tow truck driver josh referring me to them! I will be a returning customer as long as this company remains true and honest and stand behind their brand and work like they have done!

Despite it clearly and plainly saying on their website that AC estimates are free, almost the first comment out of the person’s mouth when I called to verify my appointment was that it would cost $100 to check out my AC. This was my first interaction with Galaxy Automotive and unquestionably will be my last.

My stepdaughter and future SIL took a car there today for a pre-purchase inspection of a used car they were hoping to buy. She couldn't say enough nice things about their thoroughness and how nice they were during the process. The mechanic walked them through everything and gave them a great price on the inspection. My stepdaughter is young and still learning the ways of the world, so it's nice to know there are reliable and good people that are happy to help and provide exceptional customer service. It’s not a free suspension check up they charge you 80.00 dollars and if you decide to fix it then they discount that for the labor I think this it’s a scam and a Coustomer ripped off I didn’t get there and I feel ripped off already.

I went to this place for long time ago. They can do oil change or brake change, tire change but if you want to do something hard work . They can’t. I believe them and brought my car to fix the exhaust system with around $2500 then my car got more trouble. I took it back at the same day I pickup and told them something wrong but they did a simple adjustment . That problem hasn’t gotten any better . Before I brought my car there it worked smoothly, quiet. After I picked it up everything was worse . I felt very frustrated with noisy engine. I have to find another place to fix my car again. Really sad, He lost my trust and money.
