At first I brought my car in January but it was going to Indiana and wouldn't be back until March. So we set an appointment and they said it would be done within the week so I could bring it back up to Indiana the following Saturday. Well, they forgot and said it wouldn't be ready for another week! That would have been devastating! They moved heaven and earth and got it done within 3 days! Honestly, I was shocked. I was planning on borrowing a car in having somebody else drive my car all the way up there and swap them out later. It was going to be a disaster! I can't believe they managed to get it done in time.

Daryl Robinson is my Service Advisor. He was vey professional, courteous and had done an outstanding job when my truck was in the shop. Everything was so easy and I barely did anything. They took great care of me from start to finish. The woman at the front desk was extremely professional and sweet. I really appreciated all the frequent updates so I had no questions or concerns at all. Carlos was great as well. This place is very poorly managed and in my opinion in complete cohoots with the auto insurance industry. My spouse took our vehicle in for several appraisals a few months ago. They refused to write estimates without the claim numbers. Fast forward to this July, I follow the insurance instructions to take vehicle to this shop for an estimate. (Side note-State Farm and Bristol West will not send an appraiser.) I make appointment 7 days in advance online through this company's website. I give them all the information including claim numbers. They still will not write an estimate because they say they don't have approval. Approval for what. If they needed approval, they also had 5 business days to seek it. Lastly, it is not their vehicle and/or their claim, Their business is to repair damaged vehicles. It is not to seek approval for the damage to my property. They act like the settlement dollars are theirs. I highly recommend never allowing any body shop to handle your claim. They clearly do not have your best interest.

I took my vehicle to this shop because it was a designated shop for USAA. The guy inspected my vehicle and told me he could not show me or provide a copy of the estimate, but that he would reach out to me after the estimate was approved. J. H. did not follow up with me, did not provide a copy of the estimate and so he gets low marks from me. Good customer service is important which means when you tell a customer something they should be able to rely on it. He's lucky to get a 2 star, I was actually thinking 1. I don't think much of Crash Champions or USAA at this point. In business your word is your bond.

I have been taking my vehicles to Service King / Crash Champions since the mid 90s. They have only gotten better. This location in particular goes above and beyond. After the work they did on my fiancé’s car a month ago, when my truck was damaged recently when someone backed into it, I knew where I was taking it. I got it back early and the repair is unbelievable. The customer service and communication is exemplary. I actually drove by three other other locations to specifically take it here. I’m sure the other locations would also do a great job, but I just really felt comfortable with the people at this location.

In addition when my car was ready I had just surgery and couldn't drive and they delivered my vehicle to me. He also went above and beyond for me and fixed the trim ; enough for me to drive safely with. Very nice very people friendly; breaks it down on what you need so you understand. Beware coming here because if they make a mistake, they will not take accountability or fix anything or even attempt to do research on the issue. I had an accident in my 2025 brand new vehicle. The color of vehicle is the new cement color that is so in right now. They fixed the bumper but the color they used has metallic in it. The rest of the vehicle has no metallic. See pic. They refused to fix this. Insurance had to send us to the toyota dealership and pay additional money so they could use the correct color. I did my research and explained to them that the retouch color they used is discontinued by toyota but the retouch paint is still sold. Toyota does not make vehicles that metallic color since 2022. They never even cared to do research on that and fix it. They just kept saying its the correct color, take your vehicle and deal with it. They also tried to charge me for the repairs even though the insurance had already sent them the funds and they had even already cashed the check. Please be ware of this place. I will never go back much less recommend them to anyone else. Please see pics.

I had body work done here on my Mazda and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The communication was outstanding from start to finish, which is rare these days. Brett, the GM, and Caroline were both fantastic — clear, responsive, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. Pricing was very fair and transparent, with no surprises, and the quality of the work was excellent. The repairs were done right, on time, and the car looks great.
