I've been taking all my vehicles there since I first moved to the area in 2007. Greg is as honest a person as you would hope to encounter when dealing with mechanics. He doesn't BS you into unnecessary repairs and will find the cheapest solution to your problem without cutting corners on the repair job. Pricing of work is fair and they're pretty quick about getting your car fixed and returned. I've taken my truck to one other mechanic besides Greg at Freedom Transmission because the job required to fix it was outside the scope of his capabilities...and he was up front and honest about that right away. We took my daughter's car here for an oil leak. When we got it back, they did something that caused everything under the hood to be coated in oil and antifreeze, which caused an electrical malfunction. We took it back to them almost 3 months ago and have had 3 people calling so my daughter can get her car back. Still, all Al is telling us is "I think its an electrical issue". Every time we call, he says he'll call back with an update the next day and never has.

I have been waiting on my car to get transmission repaired and the guy at the shop keeps telling me a different excuse every time I call. I was told it was going to rake 4 to 5 business days to get it done but it's already been 3 weeks nad still not ready. Al the guy I have been talking to keeps saying that his mechanic broke a seal and then a band in the transmission and now his mechanic didn't show up. They still have my car. It's getting very frustrating because my wife had to call in a couple of times since we only have one vehicle. Will never use this shop again

My mom and I brought my mustang here because the transmission went out and on the BBB website they have an A+ rating. My mustang turned out to have a lot more issues than we thought, but they were able to fix them all within a reasonable amount of time. I would highly recommend this place if you need your car serviced. The staff are friendly, and if you have more issues with your car, he will actually show you instead of just do it which I liked. (I know this review may sound to good to be true, but it's an honest review.)

I took my 2011 Ford F150 inn to get my water pump replaced since it was loose and the bolts had broken off. They honestly did a fantastic job. they didn't try to scam me and say " o you need this and you need that' on top of my water pump I needed . they even went over and beyond and changed out my Freon since he had access to it while changing out the water pump. they even called me the next day to make sure everything was running great which i thought was pretty awesome. truck it running perfect and i highly recommend this place. hopefully i wont have too but if i do i will be coming back for future repairs.

They have had my jeep since June 12 2023. Was told it would be ready by July 4 2023. I still can't get an answer as to what is going on with the vehicle. Would not recommend due to feeling like they have stolen my vehicle. They have had it for four months without an update. This was typed November 10 2023, will update as things move forward. Update, finally got a call from them stating that the vehicle is not worth the repairs and I have a week to get it picked up after they kept it for five months with no progress. They told me that the first month the guy who was going to work on it was vacation, second month was sick, third month he quit. So don't waist your time.

I just want to say this shop is great Allan and his crew are top notch old school mechanics I would trust them with any work but they specifically replaced my transmission I simply dropped it off and they did all the work with my warranty company it took alittle time for the warranty to approve but they had my transmission replaced in 2 days!!! They will take care of you and they stand by the work they do -matt
