Just called them had to be transferred 3 times to get to the correct department. When I did speak to someone it seemed like she didnt know much about anything I was asking then want me to make the arrangements for the tow. Just was not comfortable sending my truck to them.

Our experience went downhill when they said another week another week. 6 weeks past when they where about to give us the truck. We checked the truck the first time we find a scratch that wasn't from the collision. We come back again and find a small dent on the drivers door, seams to me that they dont have people who care about other people vehicles. I would recommend to take it to a bigger dealership with real professionals

Worse place ever!!! Took my truck to get fixed thinking it was a Chevy dealership and it would get fixed right and with professionalism boy was i wrong!! Got lots of run arounds with these guys when i finally got my truck back lots of stuff on the inside was scratched and messed up! They ordered parts and said they would fix it!! Took back several times for them to never get it right!! So many problems with this body shop i would definitely avoid this place it's a JOKE!!

AVOID! I requested an estimate and told them I would let them know after the estimate how I would like to proceed. I declined the body work and they told me there would be restocking fees for parts, storage charge, and admin fees. I asked why a storage fee if I wanted some work to be done and they never contacted me to discuss the quote. I also asked why there would be restocking fees if I never requested parts be ordered. They said they would see if they could take those off. Then they needed a part for the work I did want done and "would get it ordered," I thought the parts were ordered and you wanted me to pay to restock them. So I caught them lying and trying to inflate my bill. Then the parts they removed from my vehicle had been purposely cut to prevent their reuse. Very unethical. They removed parts that did not need to be removed and did not return the parts to reinstall them. I was choosing not to repair the car because I had planned on purchasing a new Blazer next door at the dealership. Because of the poor ethics, I decided to avoid making a car purchase at their dealership.

Took my 2021 silverado truck to get repaired through the insurance since it was a "chevy dealer", you would think that their service will be optimized to your satisfaction, but sadly that wasnt the case. They take a long time to get repaired, which for me it took about a month and a half to get everything repaired and even so yet missed so many things on my truck. The parts they ordered had a "factory defect" which until this day have not got back to me about that, told them to replace the grill because it was broken and apparently they "did not notice". Their work environment is very unprofessional with new parts all over the floor (which made me think thats why maybe my parts were broken). To top it off they left a small dent on my hood that apparently " was new and replaced with paint". I am honestly disappointed and am considering contacting GM or the higherups from that collision center. If you want to avoid all of this, please go with someone else and check their reviews before doing so.
Graff Chevrolet has very bad customer service. That blk guy was more interested in taking calls then to help his customers standing right in front of him. He just let us stand there without any acknowledgement. A dull place with a dull staff. I went to get an estimate on my car door and there was this Hispanic dude just sitting there as dull as can be and he looked like he didn't want to be bothered. Lazy looking, no friendly smile, got off his chair in slow motion, hair needing a bad haircut 💇. I told him I needed an estimate all he said it's a 20 dollar charge for an estimate. Friendly Chevrolet was happy to help with the estimate at NO CHARGE! Graff seems way behind in their customer service. Even the place itself looks like a dumb. I was really disappointed and frustrated with that place. Won't be seeing me around there again.

I brought my 2017 Corvette here for repairs after a nasty collision. The front right fender was very badly damaged. The staff was so patient and professional with me, even when I called each week for an update (I haven't been in an accident in 15 years and had no idea how repairs work). When I got my Corvette back, it was like it was brand new. They did a fantastic job on the repairs and paint job. I definitely recommend this shop. Thank you for all your hard work!

Geico recommended me to this body shop. And I checked the reviews it was bad. But I decided to gamble and I took it on a stormy day on 05/28/2024 . To have body work done . When I got to the location a nice that work at the location was coming in he greeted me and told me to fill out a form and he went to the back. The receptionist seem confused because after I finish completed the form. I sit their no one said nothing so I got up and ask her in a polite way and asked her is someone going to help me and she seemed confused but the lady behind her desk against the wall gave me that rude look like she did not wanted to be bothered along with her altitude. So I eventually told them that’s ok I will take it somewhere else. And I left and found another body shop. PS I went to the service dept to ask questions about who the manager was for the collision dept. the service department have a great altitude it’s like between night and day with the 2 department.
