I went in on my lunch break today for an oil change and all of the people I encountered were kind, considerate and accommodating. I was afraid to drive my own car up into the lane lol.. so they lead me to the break room and drove it up for me. I also truly appreciate that Jiffy Lube has discounts available for customers like me that might be on a tighter budget but still need car maintenance done. Marcus was very informative, kind and knowledgeable.. he also made sure I got the best deal. Truly thankful and I will be returning.

I wish I could give negative star reviews. Had an oil change done here. Drove 2 miles back to our shop and noticed oil smoke from the exhaust and I was leaving an oil trail. Hurried back to this location to get them to remedy the leak (the truck has about 70,000 miles). The oil filter was leaking. They said that it was fixed and said they would talk to the manager about compensating the bill. Left to go home from there and drove 19 miles and lost all power and had to dive off of I-20 at Oak Grove Rd. I called their shop about 16 times before someone answered. I sat for over an hour waiting for them to get here with oil and a filter.... If I leave this parking lot and run out of oil before I get to Glen Rose, get ready, your going to see a pissed off you ain't never seen before. EDIT: It's been well over a week and after reaching out through email to get a response from the owner, I still haven't gotten anything other that a BOT to respond with a generic apology. As far as I'm concerned, y'all can forget about me ever darkening your doors again. As a matter of fact, the rest of our company (and about 50 or so vehicles) will be advised to not stop here as well.
