I decided to stop by although they seemed to be busy…, I desperately need a sensor replaced so that I could get my state inspection! They took the time to talk to me and squeeze me into their schedule. Had everything done in 45 minutes ! I'd like to share my disappointing experience at this tire shop. Despite arriving early and being assured service with a quoted price for a flat tire, I returned to with my car then told a 45-minute wait first come first serve. turned into an inconvenience, and they took the person that came in right behind me. I do not recommend this place and they will never get my business, because it was very unprofessional.

Very unprofessional I didn’t get the guys name but I went there for air for my tires (something very simple) and got told it was closed at 6pm….. google says they close at 7. He was an older man with a nasty attitude. He kept talking to me but I ignored him and went to another guy who was very nice and professional. The old man then says “it’s going to be $3” like okay? I was gonna pay $5 then he says “oh no i don’t need ur money don’t get it wrong” like bruh just shut up and let me tip your coworker. Again this happened because I wanted some air at 6pm. Go to discount tire lol

The place seems dodgy. they want you to leave the car unattended with the excuse that the inspection line is a 'working area.'... the guy left me in the alignment area and didn't even mention a waiting room until he got his panties bunched up because i moved with my car to keep an eye on it. If you want people to wait in a specific area, make that clear from the START. Needless to say, i went somewhere else.

I do all my service here never had a bad experience. They installed an engine on my Toyota Camry and runs like new. Inspections, oil change, alignment, brakes, and AC repair all done at the shop with no complaints

Used to be good,now they don't listen to what you ask for and overcharge you for what they want. Definitely don't recommend. I'll be looking for a new place after over 10 years.

I was told by a police officer that it is okay for me to stand in front of their business with a picket sign , which is what I plan on doing today . This is the fifth time they have taken money from me from my account. I went up there and also my wife to speak with the manager and he acts like he's completely clueless as to what is going on under his watch. Again people, read reviews this place will take your money and leave you stranded. I'm about to call the POLICE and get the POLICE and NEWS MEDIA AND FOX 4 involved. This makes absolutely no sense to keep taking people's money. I've even changed my bank account and they still tapped into my account. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YOU WERE WARNED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I've got my marker and cardboard ready!

Please save you time and money. I took my vehicle to this business for my state inspection and they refused to pass my “great condition, new car” (their words) vehicle because of a wiper. Three days prior my vehicle was inspected by the dealer and the wipers were in great condition. I was forced to purchase a new blade from them if I wanted my vehicle to pass. I suggested to take it to the dealer to have to blade replaced. They started to nitpick my entire vehicle calling out details irrelevant to the state inspection. If I did not purchase the blade from them, they were going to fail it for another reason. My wiper was removed from my vehicle without my permission, there was no need to remove my wiper. The wiper was perfectly fine, but they were very adamant about forcing me to purchase the wiper from them. I was not given a receipt for the wiper, instead they wrote it on my inspection report.

I came in to get an oil change on 2011 For Fusion and was greeted by a young man named Mo. Not only did He greet me with a smile he also blessed me. They have been in business for at least 15 years. My last visit prior to today was about that long ago. They are still very friendly and upfront with pricing and wait time. They are next to O'Reilly Auto Parts. Good job team Fast Tune and Lube in Grand prairie TX. I will visit again and update!!
