I arrived and was greeted by Eric with an attitude. Mine you it was 5:30 and they close at 6:30pm. I needed ac work but could have been told in a nicer way that they didn’t have time or man power to service me. Instead he stated that they had cars in the garage and in the park lot full of cars . I just feel like it could have been a better way of telling me I could make an appointment. But they don’t do that either . How crazy cause if they are that busy then they should make an appointment . But would not go there again

Terrible service, took my Jeep in to get a transfer case replaced I was told we needed to leave an $800 deposit . Two days later they called to say it was ready then called five minutes later to tell us the part was defective and never mentioned to us that they were dealing with used parts! The lady in the front told me to pick up the vehicle while they wait for the part , when I arrived she said I need to pay $600 for labor if I wanted to take the vehicle before the part arrived In which she never mentioned when she called! I told her I wasn’t going to pay anything because the vehicle wasn’t repaired and besides they still had the $800 deposit! So I decided to leave the vehicle until it was repaired in which it took them 1 whole month and was never allowed to talk to the mechanic himself ! Even after I pick it up the repair only lasted 1 day and that part went out again and even though they gave me 6 months of warranty I will not take it back and get robbed a second time!

If You Want Honesty & Fast Service You Have To Try This Business Out.. long story somewhat short, So Here Is My Story. I went in today for an oil change/ tire rotation & balance. & after sitting there for about 5 minutes the owner comes out & says I want you to look at something that could be an issue with your truck shaking & it not be cause of rotation, he walked me thru exactly what he thought was the issue my truck was shaking while driving, instead of just taking my money & giving me the boot his conversation was clear & straight forward & he saved me money, i never left one of these places as happy as I did today not only cause I saved money but I dealt with pure honesty & I will always make this my place & families place to get auto service, thanks man you really showed me that there are really good people in this world still.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would . Horrible Mechanics. And the front desk lady is a LIAR!. As she we would give me the run around on what would be done on my car. The parts that were installed were not tighten Correctly. Which is crazzy as this is a mechanic shop. Anyway, my parts were supposed to be under WARRANTY. but no it was a LIE they refused to do any more work on my car. Unless I repaid the total cost. Please do not waste your time coming here .

Just take your car somewhere else! I took my car here because my engine light was on. The shop called said vehicle was repaired it was a sensor. We drove off and minutes later the engine light came back on. We took the Toyota right back, they said we needed to drop it back off next Tuesday because the senior technician was gone? We took the car back, they had the car for about another 3-4 business days. They called on Friday and said they had to replace additional sensors and the charge was $400!! Wait, what! Who gave you guys authorization to put new sensors on the car!! The young lady at the front communication is bad with the customers if she’s responsible to call about pricing. No one notified us about an additional price until they put parts on the car. They gave the option to remove the sensors and pay $85 for diagnostic fee! Why! We already paid $200 for a job they didn’t complete! I’m not even sure if they even put the first sensor on the car. Just take your car somewhere else. If you have a foreign car they are not skilled in this area, and just need to be truthful to customers. Stop wasting people time and ripping people off!

WORST SERVICE EVER. I came in for an alignment, and they forced a suspension check on me. Then they tried selling me 4 new tires when I was 100% sure I did not need them since my mechanic did some work on my car the day before. I decided to do no work on it since I did not trust them, knowing they were trying to sell me tires I didn’t need. The lady at the front desk wanted to charge for the suspension check, although I specifically told her all I wanted was an alignment, NOTHING ELSE. Don’t go to this place unless you want to be lied to and forced to pay for services you did not ask for. ***UPDATE*** They finished the alignment, and when I asked for the paperwork, I was told their printer was not working, but before this, they printed an estimate for the tires, so I was confused as to why the printer stopped magically working. He showed me a picture of a screen with no information. I asked for a refund because my car seemed the same, and they had no paperwork to show me what work was done. Every shop I have ever been to gives you paperwork to prove the alignment was done. The man I suppose, is the mechanic, said he has been doing it that way forever and to think what I want. I later learned from my mechanic that they are known for ripping people off, and that’s the reason why they are not allowed to do state inspections anymore. I am filing a report with consumer protection and let God take care of the rest.

About two years ago my husband came here because the AC/ heating system wasn’t working and he told them if they could get it fix, they charge us $213 for a job they didn’t even do it right. When they called him that the car was ready, he paid, then when he checked if the heater was working ( it was freezing cold outside) he realized it was still not working at all… he asked the mechanic why the AC still wasn’t working at all, the mechanic told him he didn’t even checked it because the office receptionist told him the car was overheating… that the only thing they did was to change the thermostat. Our car was in excellent condition before bringing it to this SCAM SHOP. After that day our car had been having problems overheating, and engine trouble. Do not go to this place. We regret coming to this scamming place. Doesn’t even deserve a 1 star. I would rate it a zero if I could.

Used this location as a service center for my breathalyzer and they reported tampering resulting in me having to pay them $450. (I have to get it checked by them every month so why would I even bother tampering with wires.) They reported extra cords... the only extra cords in my car are iphone chargers. Definitely a joke. Don't use them and if you do, don't have iphone chargers in your car.

All these bad reviews are true worst mechanic shop ever, had a friend get a flat and left her car overnight, arrived at the 7:50 am following day to resolve when hours were listed as 8am-5pm.....waited til about 815 and tried knocking on door nothing, mind you I understand theres complications but after I went to DISCOUNT TIRE across the intersection to borrow tools for FREE came back at 845 and manager was really sluggish (type of person that snores while hes awake) taking his sweet time and appeared to have an attitude cause I was at the front door. Then after I ask if they can simply plug a tire and is talking to his mechanics (I'm referring to the MANAGER) again just impatiently waiting as they were supposed to open at 8 they sit there and talk about moms complaining, HORRIBLE WORK ETHIC I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone I'm lucky only needed a temp patch cause it looks VERY temporary. Dont come here even if it's your last resort just drive on a flat and head over to discount tire across the intersection.... btw this business true hours seem to be 9-330 more than likely... business is business and should be conducted as such gonna repost on every possible review website I can cause they were so trash... took my whole morning waiting on these 3 all showed up at the same time like it was orchestrated or it's the norm for them

After repairing my a/c compressor with honest mechanics, my bill was about $400, compared to this place's $1900 quote for what their diagnose was " had to replace the entire a/c system" plus $95 diagnose fee ._.

BEWARE!! If you do bring your car to Pioneer Auto Car Care, only let them work on anything that doesn’t have to do with working underneath the hood for! Go to your dealership! Took my car here for my brakes that went fine, decided to use them again to get my AC belt replaced. Erick, the owner, was to be the mechanic to replace the belt. When the job is finished there’s no mention from Erick of having trouble of getting my car to start. I get my car and drive it to the local Kroger less than 50ft from the Pioneer Car Care. Thank God I only drove it was only 50ft because when I returned to my car it wouldn’t start! My car has NEVER had battery issues and after paying $250 for a $20 belt+ labor replacement there should’ve been nothing wrong with my car. I asked the Owner Erick what happened and why it won’t start he says, “The car NEVER started for him.” This was a very odd statement because he did start my car to drive it into their garage! I trusted them now I have to buy a new battery. He also said he didn’t mention the battery issue originally because he thought, “I knew how to start it.” …..I don’t even know what that means! Thanks for nothing!

I'd give it a zero Stars if it would let me. I took my car to these people 9 days ago for a written estimate. I had called a few times and they knew I was trying to diagnose a water leak but I needed a written estimate for everything. I paid them $95 plus the money I had to spend on Uber. I dropped the car off as soon as they opened and explain to them I work nights and I have to get some sleep. She said it shouldn't be more than a couple of hours. 7 hours later no one would answer their phone and hadn't answered it for the previous 3 hours. I literally got no sleep that day and all they did was diagnose the water leak. I will never know why or how this happened.

DONT WALK……but RUN AWAY from this SHOP the ENTIRE STAFF IS SO RUDE/Racist. Especially, the OFF BRAND FAT JOE looking guy in the front. I came in for an Oil Change we all know the funny, jokes, about getting your vehicle service for an oil change how they check everything, well not here. I should have trusted my intuition and left when I walked in the energy was so off, and weird but I still gave them the benefit of the doubt because it was early & I thought maybe they just needed time to wake up but I was wrong. I asked if they can fill my “windshield wiper fluid” the bald head, fat Joe looking guy said “yeah” with a very dry attitude after they were done with my vehicle. He brought me back my keys I paid. He didn’t even say “you’re welcome” after I said “thank you” I got in my car to check and make everything was good and also to make sure that the windshield wiper fluid was coming up on the window It was coming out alright but from underneath my hood, so I politely walk back in the shop explaining to FAT JOE what’s going on he looks at me with the “Oooook and???? Face” so he proceed to sarcastically laughed, asked for my keys as me and my sister following behind him outside. He hops in MY CAR & drives off before we can even get in he don’t tell us “hold on” nothing!! Imagine two women outside standing looking crazy as he drives off so we walked on the side of the building and stood in between one of the empty bays watching to see what was going on with my car, no one acknowledged us. He wasn’t telling me what he was doing to my car so after about 10 minutes of me and my sister watching him, I guess he got frustrated and annoyed so he walks over and says : “it’s going to be a minute i’m not sure why y’all are standing here I have to order a wire piece looks like you have a leak or something” moral of the story is he just told us that so that he won’t feel uncomfortable by us watching him because the moment we went back into the shop he came back 3 minutes later to give me my keys. I checked again the problem still not fixed more fluid coming from underneath my vehicle. He saw me through the door checking my car so he came out and said“ it’s still not fixed” I just laughed because at this point you asking me is it fixed when I’m asking you the mechanic you should be the one to know that because you just supposedly fixed the issue. So he asked if I can pop my hood. I literally did the same thing he did to us and I drove off because no I was not going to let him I did not let him use my car as a guinea pig or an experiment he did not know what he was doing. I ended going to Gers Brake Shop in Arlington, I went there a few months ago but I had forgot all about them until I was driving pass. So I stopped in there explain to them the terrible morning that I had with Pioneer. The respectful young man name Ever took my keys they checked my vehicle. It was literally just a loose hose. They refilled the windshield wiper fluid and recheck my oil to make sure that it was done correctly. All in the span of 15 minutes didn’t charge me or anything. They are so nice, sweet patient , very knowledgeable & very respectful young men at the shop. They do all the same work that Pioneer. I highly recommend going over there and give them your money before going to Pioneer. I know how I felt. I am a business owner myself that’s not no way you treat a PAYING customer let alone that’s not how you treat ANYBODY paying or not.

For it to be in a semi busy shopping center they was plenty of parking 1st thing in the AM. Only down side was waiting over an hour to get an oil change because my filter needed to be ordered and delivered. I appreciate the constant update I was able to walk to the other side of the shopping center for a pedi while I waited.

Please do not come here! Worst experience ever! The short, bald hispanic guy at the front desk is so rude and petty. Techs just sit around in the garage on their phones. Our car was there for over a month and did not get fixed. We finally had to get it towed to another shop.

Take my advice, don’t stop!! This place gives all mechanics a bad name! I went in for transmission flush, $400 Then 2 weeks later I have a transmission leak!! Didn’t have one before!! Then all of a sudden I need a torque converter! $1100 I called Summit racing BAM!!! $185 I ordered it had it delivered they had my car almost a week!! Still paid over $1100!! 2 weeks later BAM! Another leak!! Definitely not going there again!! Never had a problem with my car before taking it there.. What started off as routine maintenance … Feeling Robbed! Update! I had to take my car back to the same shop because I had a leak as a result of the last job. It’s been there 5 days and they slow playing because I’m not paying for it. Let’s see how long it takes them to do a 10-16 Hour job+a day. I never had a problem with my car until I started going there. All I know is I shouldn’t be stalled just because they didn’t do it right the first time. I shouldn’t have any problems after this. What really sucks is my husband is a mechanic!!!! WOW!!

I went there on 10/19/25 for a state inspection. I have a 2019 Nissan kicks in perfect conditions. It passed the inspection. But when they took the car, they took it somewhere that wasn’t the shop. The brought it back, cool. The car later started acting up. I immediately got codes for the traction control. And then a check engine light came on. P0101. Mass air flow sensor. It looks like the sensors are not matching up. I have a degree in automotive technology, and this people are not answering my calls. Just common sense. How could it perfectly pass, and the next day I’m getting a bunch of problems. If this isn’t resolved I am going to the better business bureau. A different shop tried that with me before years ago. They aren't in service anymore.
