Terrible service, we paid $800 job didn’t get done correctly and would not give me my money back. I was not even mad about not getting my 800 dollars back, what frustrated me was his service into making this such a long process just to not even fix the problem ! Such a bad persona as well but I’m not here to complain about the person, only the service.

I paid 700 up front for my 2007 cadillac cts for a new motor and paid the rest when it was done ... He got it in and out in 3 days and i was back on the road, real good man i would recommend bringing your cars here...

I didn't get any service done; I was attempting to. It was difficult getting in contact because they didn't answer the phone much of the time. They're shop wasn't open during their hours and even after they told they would be, they weren't. I left a note for one of the mechanics to call, was told the owner got it, but when I spoke to him, he said he didn't know what I was talking about. Very unprofessional and I don't recommend. They wasted so much of my time.

I paid Eddie 1,300 to rebuild motor for my Toyota Echo and for over 8 months had excuse after excuse as to why the car had not been fixed. The only time he called me was to ask for second half of payment when I first brought the car to him. This man is a THIEF! I took him into court and won a judgment against him and he still has not paid. He never even showed up. The car has been sitting at his business and the only thing that was done was to remove the motor and the hood. BEWARE OF THIS THIEF!!!!!

So the first time I went to Robs he replaced some sensors for me and did a great Job so I was thinking Awesome I found a mechanic I can work with. Then I went back for more work, he wasn't there, next time I check he is on parts run, try to get in touch with him again, he is out of town, tried again and he was still at home, went back again he will be in after 9, went back again, same day and the same guy who is always there but seems to only open the bay doors and sit on the office, a short older Hispanic male acts like the mechanic is there but I never see him. This guy then sends me to every shop he can think of to check this and that before he even talks about doing any work. So I gave up. They either A Are not real mechanics B Don't want to do anything harder than oil changes or basic auto service or C Only work on certain people's cars that they have a "common bond" with I honestly don't know but like I said I gave up on them. Not sure if I can say stay away but rather be aware of what it may take to do business with Robs Automotive.

******WARNING ADVISORY****** PLEASE READ Eddie will take your money and never repair your vehicle. $1000 cash up front and then months and months of “it will be ready next week”. An additional $500 for “parts”. The door is always locked and they will never answer the phone or return your call. A year later.. We had to get the police department involved for them to release our truck. The truck is torn apart and in worse condition than when we brought it repair. The money was not used to buy parts and the $1000 is out the window.

He has been 100% transparent in all my repairs, shows me the old parts that he took out to replace, gives me complete transparency with the bill. I definitely feel very comfortable taking my car to him knowing I can trust his work ethic and word. I highly recommend and will use for my future vehicle needs. I do have one major negative which would be communication. If he could work on calling customers to give updates.

WARNING! RED FLAG, RED FLAG!! DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!! They will take your money and never fix the car. This place should be shut down. This guy had my car for 6 hours and still did not fix it. I should have read these reviews before I used this place. THAT PART, was my fault. If you read these reviews and you still choose to go to this guy, then that's on you. Can't say you were not warned. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. They should not even be in business.
