Honestly pretty good. I went in for an alignment a bit pricy but I'm also cheap so meh. They not only did the alignment but also let me know of some other problems that I didn't know they would look into like the struts and my tie rods and lastly my brakes. Overall a good experience.

Story time: I heard about National Service Day from a mutual single mother friend of mines and I eagerly signed up because my car needed an oil change BAAAD YALL!! (I’m talking about the oil light was on I was receiving errors “critical oil life”) I was set to go to the Garland location on 10/18/25 but I was sooo scared that my car was going to mess up and I could NOT afford that right now! Garland Christian Brothers location (shoutout to Jared!) contacted Adam and arranged for me to still get the National Service Day deal but sooner and Adam and Peyton were sooo wonderfully empathic and concerned for my safety first and also making sure no further damage happened to my vehicle! When I arrived, the entire location staff and Adam were very accommodating and there was faith based messages all around the interior. I definitely needed those positive messages! Not only did they take care of my vehicle but also completed a form I needed for my car. I’m so thankful for ppl like Adam and his whole team for their beautiful spirit and humbly providing services and blessings through their gifts! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!

The techs are friendly and professional and took all the time needed to clearly explain what needed to be done, showing me big color pictures of the areas in question on their computer monitor to help me follow along. Holly was my service advisor and she was extremely detailed in what was diagnosed in my vehicle report and what needed to be done to get my car running right again. After it was determined my car wasn’t going to be done before the day ended, the technicians stayed over after the shop closed to get my car done. Adam offered me a free oil change for the inconvenience, even though I was never under any expectation that I would need to be compensated for the delay. Will bring my vehicle back for future services.

We went here because of what we thought would be honest work and feedback but it was far from that. I took my SUV to be serviced here and see what the lights meant and it was possibly my transmission which I knew would be a lot but not “unserviceable “ as the gentleman told me from the start. They did a diagnostic which they charge an arm and leg and then quoted me $13k for a whole new system. They said there was no way around it. So I got a second opinion and this other place didn’t charge me for diagnostic and it only came out to be close to $3k and WAS “serviceable”! I can’t believe I fell for their name again and this was the 2nd time they overcharged me and I was still left with a faulty car. Do not go to the Arlington location!

I took my truck today for a full diagnosis. I'm and thankful the mechanics did a great job. But this review is for the service advisor Jada. From start to end, this woman was the best part of the whole experience. She took in all my concerns and relayed it to the techs. She drove me back to work, she explained every diagnosis as if she had 15+ years of experience. Picked me up from work, and answered every question I had without hesitation. She even left to go get an answer while never saying "I don't know". I almost married her today 😂 jk. I Hope her work sees what I see in her customer service skills and knowledge. I will 126% go back to this location simply for the customer service experience. And I will go where you go Jada. On the business side, how cool is it that they will install parts that I buy and just charge labor!!!? Ummm awesome!

The place is right next to my house; it’s a no brainer. The staff was super friendly, honest, and quick to the point. I was in and out in under 30 min! The quote was a lot higher than I originally expected, however it was a “new “ shop car and I did personally ask them to fully inspect the vehicle not realizing the amount of issues with the car. The sales reps walked me through each and every part, and recommended option and even offered me a few options with getting service done in sections to better suit the budget. I brought my jeep in mid afternoon after X-mas day and even with them being packed I was in and out in 30, and got a call to come back bright and early Monday morning (closed weekends). The office / waiting area is super clean cozy and comfortable. Great place!

I was in the need to have a bearing press on my daughter's 2015 nissan versa rar drum and I am a dying kind of a guy always have been and eas able to retrieve the drum and defective bearing but installing the new bearing was more difficult than anticipated , I thought of renting a press from the autoparts but I realize that it would require a impact gun wich I did not have . Then I remember the Christian Brotther that is located in Green oaks Blvd dow the street from my house , I arrived ther near closing time and they were really nice but didn't have the time to do me the service at that moment but they ask me if I could leave my part with them , and one of their tachs would take care of the issue for my first thing in the morning . They open at 7Am and I went back to their shop around 7:10 am and sure enough full staff there already super friendly people and they recognize me from the night before and I was offer a cup of coffee and had a 5min conversation with the front desk Holly supper friendly and kind , the next thing I know one if the techs was out at front with my part and in addition of their fast service they wave their fee which it was not much to begin with , I thought that was super nice I am not saying that they will waive other fees for you but to me it meant a lot very greatfull of their kindness. Like I said before I do most of my car repairs if is regular maintenance, but if I am in the need of a major repair they will be first on my list they have gain a custu.mer for sure Raul torres

Called due to being at the gas station across the street to check for availability on an inspection and was able to be seen immediately. Facility was very fast, questions were answered about how soon the inspection would be entered into the state of Texas' system as I wanted to process my registration online. They even informed me that I could stop by Tom Thumbs or Krogers to process the registration (Didn't know this was an option!). Music that played in the facility was Christian based just as their name suggested. I was very pleased with my last minute decision and I will definitely stop by to visit another location as they treated every customer I seen come in before or after me with so much respect (whether it was a customer of years or first time visitor like myself). Very impressed and pleased with my visit.

this was my first time at a Christian Brothers. new to town, i was nervous about finding a new shop that i could trust. this is the place! my entire experience from start to end was exceptional. everyone was kind and professional; Lupe Flores was very detailed and thorough in explaining to me all diagnostics and car related things. the waiting room experience was pleasant with light upbeat music and the restroom was super clean. i was offered a beverage while i waited and then an employee brought out fresh cinnamon rolls! they took time to build a relationship with both me and my jeep and i will be returning for all future car service needs. highly recommend!! five stars.

I booked an appointment online, courtesy shuttle was offered, which was amazing. Phil greeted me once I walked in, offered to get me a snack or beverage. Phil checked me in, and explained the whole process. Adam also walked by and offered me a snack and/or beverage . He was very welcoming. Hours later, i got my assessment, Phil walked me through it over the phone and went over the most important things that needed to be fixed. I felt he was very honest and trustworthy. I am a 36yo woman and FOR ONCE i felt like an auto shop WAS NOT trying to get over on me like I'm used to. So thank you guys for the great service, and out here doing God’s work with love ❤️❤️❤️

In October, my vehicle's transmission underwent servicing, with the explicit understanding that a new unit would be installed. However, a rebuilt transmission was provided instead. Since then, I have encountered persistent issues with transmission fluid leaks, necessitating monthly visits for repairs. This ongoing problem has resulted in financial losses due to the continuous expenditure on transmission fluid and lost wages from missed workdays. A recurring oversight has been the failure to properly install a cap located at the bottom of the transmission. The initial expenditure of $6,000.00 for the service has now escalated significantly due to these additional costs, and I have not received any compensation for the incurred time and financial losses.
