It has been a satisfying experience to me and my family so far. I have been associated with Nepa auto repair for the past four years and they have been taking care of all my five cars and they do a good job so far and i very happy and satisfied. The one thing i like with them is the Honesty and Integrity they have with the customers. they explain clearly the problem and educate you also, what has to be done and their charges are very nominal. I have referred many of my friends and office colleagues and all of them very happy and satisfied . in fact for all my cars whatever i have done i have maintain all their invoices and in case if the same problem occurs , they fix it at no extra cost, but it rarely happens. in fact few of my friends from the near by states come to him to fix their cars I recommend them . in fact i tried so many mechanics in and around and finally settled with them

At Nepa Auto Repair, Sam is friendly, courteous, and most importantly HONEST car service provider. I do not take my car anywhere else. He texted me pictures of what was wrong with the engine and why my 'check engine' light came on. Gave me an estimate and delivered the car ready to go earlier than promised! Cannot thank him enough. Recently got few things done on my 2008 Nissan Rogue. The owner was very transparent about price and parts he used. The owner worked on the car and sent me pictures updating on what was being done, also sending me pictures of damaged parts. The service took longer than expected but few extra repairs had to be done which we found out later. It was not a problem since its driving lot better again.

Does not charge unnecessarily for diagnostics and other things unless really needed..... Gives warranties on parts and replaces without cost if needed...Does not hurry up to clear car from garage unless customer is fully decided as what to do...

Sam is the absolute best and honest mechanic I've ever met in my entire life, period the end. He NEVER overcharges or tells you to get something fixed that you don't need and is super thorough. My husband and I will only let him touch our cars and refuse to go anywhere else. Stopped by location to get my AC checked out. Spoke with a female about the issue. After a few minutes of basically informing the young lady that most likely i would need 134 added. The young lady stated that my 2010 Chevy Truck could not be worked on due to the business only works on foreign. I say "ok" and proceed to leave. As i leave i notice in the lot.....a 00-04 Tahoe....90s Chevy Van, 05-08 F150, and a 02-05 suburban. Definitely would not recommend location

I am impressed with their honest service as my Toyota Sienna Van flashed the engine check light continuously and to find the root cause of the issue, I went to 4 independent repair shops and all of them quoted a common issue as well different issues with different prices which are varying a lot. Finally, I checked with NEPA Auto Repair and the owner son Sam did a great job by informing me that there are 3 issues with flashing check engine light continuous on such as replacing Spark Plugs and replacing Ignition Coil Packs along with right & left Solenoids for the amount of $1130 [Includes labor of $450] and my Toyota Sienna Van is perfect. I shall visit again for any issues in future and highly recommend NEPA Auto Repair for correctly identifying the issues, fixing it at a nominal charge and being reliable with their honest service. Thanks NEPA Auto Repair shop for your wonderful service.
