Had purchased a coupon on Groupon to get my headlights restored. I have attached pictures of the job and the damage they did to my bumper while doing the job. Had to make 4 visits to get the job done which is simply a 15 minute job. The lady at the counter was in charge and when I returned to get my headlights fixed, she was agitated and took out the anger on my car where I recorded all her actions where she was being extremely rough with my car. I expressed to the gentleman there and he took care of the matter when I told him that I have everything recorded. In the end I had to Walmart and get it restored again because it looked worse than it was before.

This place is great! I normally go to kwik kar out of the convience of it being 5 minutes from me but I’m definitely coming back again! The guys are super nice. My favorite thing is that they inform you and educate you before you make a decision. I wish I could give 6 stars!

Great customer service. Went here to get my brakes and rotors changed. After having one of their mechanics to look at my vehicle, I was told I didn’t need rotors at the time, only brakes. That saved me a ton of money and they gained my trust. Most locations would tell you your entire vehicle is breaking apart although it’s brand new off the lot. I appreciated their honesty and will be shopping here again. Highly recommended.

I came here on Nov 8 for an oil change. Three weeks later, my car stalled and my mechanic found the engine had no oil. He confirmed there were no leaks and no burning, so the oil couldn’t have disappeared on its own. When I called the shop, I wasn’t given the option to bring the car back or have the work rechecked. Instead, the issue was immediately blamed on my vehicle. Just sharing my experience for anyone considering this shop. In response: Thanks for replying. I’m not here to argue — just sharing my experience. My car began having issues shortly after the service, and the mechanic I went to found the oil extremely low. I’m not saying the car had no oil at all for 3 weeks but if the job was done properly I shouldn't have had NO oil 3 weeks later. That’s the only reason I left the review. I wish my first experience with a small business had gone differently, but I do hope other customers have better luck.

Sir, in response to your reply. I paid for both rotors and brakes as suggested after waiting 3 plus hours for the service to be done; because you had to wait on the parts to come in (?) Is what we were told after 3 hours of waiting... I have the invoice and payment (over 400 plus dollars) history to prove that. Unless you didnt do the job I paid for....that can make sense. ...We came back 2 weeks later ( after initially calling) and was told that the noises should have subsided after a week due to the parts being new..... when my husband came in 2 weeks later you all checked my vehicle and told us to come back because you were short staffed.....Not to mention you all didn't put one of my lugnuts back on my tire. At this point I didnt trust your business. Your response when I called a month later to share my dissatisfaction with your service because of the noise: "was that there was no way you all completed the job wrong"... Which shows no accountability and poor business practice..Its not a coincidence that a gentleman left a similar review for a similar experience below....that speaks for itself. God bless... I would not recommend this place if you value your money and the integrity of your vehicle.

I brought my truck in for a $50 inspection half a week later they up the price to $180 for an electrical inspection. I accepted their diagnosis but cancel their repair (I could fix myself). When getting my truck they didn't put everything back the way it was even when I confronted them they still didn't do I completely. Now I got to fix their mistake and the repair the myself. Careful, they may sabotage your vehicle for bigger quotes.

This guys fixed my AC in the peak heat of summer. Couldn’t fix it my self or any other mechanic and dealer ship charging an arm and a leg. Great price and fixed no issues for going on 5 months. Oil change as well was quick! Very affordable pricing. Highly recommend this mechanic !!!

I used to go in this auto care because this is the only place near my area who offers cheap oil change services via Groupon coupons. I wasn’t very happy with a previous customer service representative. The lady was always mean over any questions you ask but now. New management took over this place. The shop looks much cleaner. The guy in the front dest is much more accommodating. Very polite he even offer me a bottle of water. Its a small gesture but I really felt great. All I can say is good luck for the new management and hope to comeback again.

I came into Grand Prairie auto care and the team here was extraordinary. They were able to work with me and even after my concern of the price he guaranteed me that if I call around and get a better price, he will price match it. My parts have lifetime warranties, and the job was done in an exceptional time frame! I had my tire rod and the lower control arm replaced and I will definitely be making this my new mechanic shop for any future mishaps! I highly recommend this shop to any one experiencing Auto issues. while I waited for my car to be fixed I witnessed a lot of customers some returning customers coming in and out, completely satisfied and leaving great reviews.
